The specials are always a great deal. The food is good and the waitresses are friendly and very attentive. Always glad to not be paying an arm and a leg for our meal and very happy with the food and service.

Iâve been here 4 times (kept giving them the benefit of the doubt). But now I wonât be back again. Iâve yet to find something enjoyable here. Iâve tried chicken wings twice (small and over cooked...) steak and mushroom pot pie (tasted frozen and bland and sure didnât have puff pastry as listed on menu) and the grilled cheese with bacon (somehow this wasnât even good?)This place has no business offering such a vast menu when they canât even do these things right. It also has no business being rated so high. Also have ordered double shot drinks here and taste lighter than a single. Was told by multiple waitresses on different occasions that the owner is stingy with his pours. Went with 4 people and took over 40 minutes to get our food. How it continues to operate with portly piper (search it... theyâre legit good!!) across the street boggles my mind.

We stopped here passing through Pickering on our way to Toronto, turned out to be a great find, service was very friendly, beer was really cold, my company said the caesars were really good and the food was great. Three of us had the Messy fish sandwich and one had the crispy chicken sandwich and we were all very happy and full. The onion scoop sides are a bit spicy so if your not into that be careful if you are expecting it to be like an onion ring. We would definitely make a point of stopping in here again when we are in the area.Thank you for taking the time to review us James. Weâre happy you had an enjoyable experience. Next time youâre in try the Hail Mary Beef Dip, itâs sure to impress!

A Wednesday afternoon, about 1PM ; only a few occupied tables in the large space ; I think it draws mostly in the evening when sports are on TV. The service was very good provided by a friendly waitress ; the table ware is clean ; the table and chairs are clean too. The washroom is also clean. This road house style restaurant seems about typical ; loud music ; plenty large screens to watch sports ; high tables ; ... and so-so food. Along with the sandwich I had a Coors draft ; cost came to about $25 incl tip.Allen-y-doncThx for sharing your visit and your comments. We are a very busy place mid afternoon through the evening as you mention well known for our food and atmosphere. I am disappointed that we didnât leave you with that impression. Hopefully you will come and see us again to see that we can do much better. Sorry that, that didnât happen this time. Best,

Last summer my friend and I had lunch here and the burger was excellent. So tonight I went with my sister telling her about the great burgers here. Tonight it was the worst Iâve ever had. The meat was very grisly...hard to chew ...meat was over cooked and very dry. We asked if we could have a slice of onion instead of lettuce. When our bill arrived for a tiny sliver of onion we were each charged $1. While service was friendly and good, I wonât return. No one came by or asked how are meal was.

Always amazing food and a friendly atmosphere with a good selection of drinks. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. The owner is usually there throughout the day working the bar, always brings me a good laugh.

Awsome food and staff. Every time no matter what time of day this place is always busy but the service is fast ane the meal is always great and hot. The burgers are the best as well as any of the wraps.

Have been here many times for dinner, if you go right a dinner time there is usually a wait, particularly on the weekends. This is a great family restaurant lots of good selection and food is very good. Staff are great and get people seated as quickly as possible. Don't really like their closed in patio area.

To begin..this restaurant has a huge menu to choose from.All the plates are very tasty and plentiful. I especially like the chicken fajitas which is basically enough to share. On special Saturdays.My friend enjoyed his prime rib sandwich..again a special on Saturday.Service is usually very quick and efficient. Servers are welcoming and friendly. Prices are fair.Only problem is thenoise factor. We try to sit to the left side which is quieter.We have made this a regular dining spot.
