We went as recommended by our host Monica of Casa blu.Axel was knowledgable and attentive. We took the recommended specials which were taste sensation overload. A lovely warm welcoming restaurant with excellent service. Two courses, a bottle of Rose with aperitif approx â¬50. For two people. Delighted.

Dine on local seafood and fresh fish purchased daily from the nearby market and prepared in both traditional and innovative ways. Open from midday onwards we offer a selection of local dishes from our a la carte menu or our snack and salad menu, served un
Palm Beach has a great location virtually on the beach! Service was excellent & we shared a large red snapper which had been cooked to perfection! Plenty of veg, mixed tomatoes/pepper/onion salad with Portuguese style potatoes! Price was reasonable & local lager was very palatable. Well call again whilst weâre here!

Rolha Wine Bar é, orgulhosamente, 100% português. Onde se pode beber todos os vinhos, de casta portuguesa, a copo, acompanhando com Petiscos Portugueses. Rolha Wine Bar is, proudly, 100% Portuguese. Where you can drink any wine with portuguese grapes by t
This place is fantastic. Tell Antonio the type of wine you like and heâll suggest a Portuguese wine that is similar. We visited multiple occasions and had some great wines for very reasonable prices. And some great port too, something Iâve not really tried before but it was lovely. He also serves brandy and beer - something for everyone! The food is great too - tapas dishes that are freshly cooked and really delicious. We visited multiple times over our 10 day holiday and always had the fish cakes, which were superb. The charcuterie, quail and the prawns were also not to be missed. A lovely friendly place which we hope to revisit in the future.

Passionate about the hotel industry and the American restaurant concept, after several years of restoration work, Fabio's Roadstop is the perfect fusion between the American concept and our Portuguese concept.
We ate here as a party of 5, with my parents and my 18 year old son. Everyone loved the food and the service was exceptional. We had the Fabio burgers which were amazing - you must try them! We also had the brownie - again it must be tried! Easy to find and very accommodating, we will be back!

well what can I say .. fabulous food .. tasty... service 1A... and the way that the owner slipped between English, German, French, Flemish gave that "je ne sais pas".. natural..- clear that the owners have a focus on good food and service ....they topped that .. a definite recommendation

Family restaurante ...1 waiter,1 chefe ,1 entremetier...booking max 8 persons...daily dishes from 9.00⬠incl.dish,drink,pudding and coffee... Kitchen opening for lunch from 12.00 e closing at 14.30 and for dinner opening from 19.00 and closing at 21.30...
May not be the fanciest restaurant (but if thatâs what youâre after you wouldnât choose one which serves complete meals...cover, starter, main, dessert, wine and coffee from 9⬠per person, would you!?). But what you do get is a good range of daily changing mains, friendly service, good quality and excellent value. The fact it is busy all year around (frequently having to turn people away) says it all. Keep it up guys.

We came here after reading reviews and were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. Had tapas--would recommend the algarvian squid and the Tasman shrimp. Also had the almond pie for dessert with vanilla ice cream. Totally blown away by presentation and flavours. You must come and taste for yourselves.

Hidden away in the quaint Algarve village of Porches, Porches Velho is worth seeking out for high quality food and a secluded country setting looking out to the Monchique Mountains. Housed in a 210-year-old wine cellar, Porches Velho has retained original
This restaurant is hidden up near the church and unless you know it's there you could easily miss a real treat.I love cardamom and as part of our olives and bread appetiser we were given cardamom infused olive oil which was delicious. Then some little treats which also exquisite. We chose to share the lamb and the steak, both of which were divine and it was really hard to say which was better, I said the beef my fellow diner said the lamb but they were each our starting dish. We had a Portuguese red to match which worked well. The staff are friendly and helpful which made the whole evening an absolute pleasure. I have pictures but I can't see how to add them here?

On our way home from Albufeira we decided to find a restaurant which served steak. We found Solar das Olivieras on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. We had a T-bone steak and hot stone steak. Both were delicious and served with fresh vegetables. Our waiter, Marco, was extremely helpful and made good menu recommendations. Reasonably priced and worth a visit.
