Chapalita is a fantasitic area for food and drink. We chose the restaurant from a Trip Advisor review and were not disappointed. It appeared to be the busiest restaurant in the area, so reservations might be necessary during peak times.

Decoration is amazing. They have a different concept very well defined! Nice atmosphere to get you in the right mood. But very regular pizzas. Even though they have a nice menu and ingredient selection I couldn't find a tasty flavor in 3 different pizzas. Maybe in Guadalajara is an over average pizza but that doesn't mean that it's a good one.

My husband and I were treated to a nice dinner while visiting family in Guadalajara. We ordered gnocchi, spaghetti, pasta, and pizza. This was our second visit to Cabotina. The ambience is cozy and the decor is beautiful, lots of wood used. It was crowded during dinner on a Sunday night so the service was painfully slow. Our server disappeared and we had to wave down other servers and helpers to re order drinks or to locate missing dishes that someone from our table was waiting for. The gelato is very yummy. Unfortunately, for those family members who ordered coffee after dinner, it was a little cold by the time it was delivered to our table. We would visit again next time we return to Guadalajara.

We know the place since a long time.The pizzas are good and also the pasta.The vine recommendation was also fine with us. The atmosphere is nice, you sit inside but also outside due to the open windows.

This restaurant is a new favorite. The truffle pizza is better than any I have ever had before!! The panna cotta is a must try as well!
