We found the whole experience to be pretty soul-less. Service was painfully slow, considering the place was almost empty. The food, when it did arrive, was decidedly underwhelming - we've had better pizzas from the supermarket ! My sea bass was simply bland, bland bland - the "white wine sauce" appeared to be merely a hint of melted butter, and did nothing at all to lift the dish. The only plus side was our initial waitress was lovely, smiley and friendly. However, the lady who bought the bill and collected payment, was completely charmless. Sorry, but the impression we were left with was, it is all about catering for the masses - and it had nothing of the passion and soul of real Italian food and restaurants.

We arrived for lunch after a morning spent shopping and were greeted by the very friendly Tatania (sorry if spelt incorrectly) we were seated in the window, served quickly and efficiently. The restaurant is bright and comfy with a great view of the Cathedral, the pizza was very good and service was friendly, we will be returning.

This restaurant has been going roughly 24 years. The best authentic Italian restaurant in Worcester. The difference here between other Italians in the city of Worcester is the authenticity of the food. Excellent value for money and you can tell the staff truly care about making sure you are having the best night. Would recommend the garlic bread and fillet steak!
