This CPK restaurant is right next to an open shopping and entertainment area that is used for musical (and other?) entertainment during the summer months (at least). Our server, Ryan, was very attentive to our table; he checked in with us often. He got our daughter drink refills without us having to ask. Our meals were fresh-tasting and nicely flavored. All in all, a very satisfying meal that reminded us of our CPK meals at home.

Where do I begin? Ate outside. Not that busy for a Saturday at 2:00 pm. Table was a little dusty, okay, itâs outside. Friend recommended this place since she had been there before. Waitress poured our water and then finally came back to take our order. Had to ask for a new water glass since it was chipped. Finally got one. Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was average. Sauce over pasta was cold. Then, was mortified. Saw the staff drop a towel on the ground at table next to us where there was also a meatball. After a few minutes he picked it up, did not hesitate and went over to another table to ready it, sprayed his bottle on the table and proceeded to wipe the table off with the same rag that was on the ground. I must say my stomach turned.Waitress never came over to see how our meal was until she brought the check. Never want to return here because you never know about who cleaned your table. Totally disgusting.Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it when our guests take the time to leave us the gift of honest feedback. Great Pizza made with fresh ingredients. The wedding soup is awesome too. The parking lot is small but they also do take-out. They are close to John Carroll University which make is a great place to grab a pizza for study times.

Picked up in person. 30 minutes tops during dinner.The employee that took the order couldn't say if they offered sheet pizzas because she was new. Umm...The employee checking me out must have had a horrible day because he was not in an approachable mood. I'll leave it at that.Regardless of how good a product or service offered is, the customer service will ruin your business. Average pizza with great service can mean the world.

Great location but disappointed in the food preparation and service. The meatball was served not very hot . Like warm at best . My wife's bread plate was not cleaned throughly by their dishwasher ! It was still dirty . There weren't many people there but service was slow . We were disappointed . I am hoping they get things right as would visit one more time.

Individual pizza's made very fast. Think Chipotle for Pizza. I had a pepperoni and meatball pizza. Done in 3 minutes after they put it together. The dough and crust is not flavorful but again, its very quick. Cost me 7.49 for the 3 topping pizza (they doubled the pepperoni) but the small drink was 2.49 (very expensive)

Great food, Italian, American, Pizza. Don't order more than 3 toppings on a pizza, as it will be overflowing. Try the house dressing on your salad. Any of the specialties are really good. The owner Joe is there all the time and can make you something special if you like. They have 3 small kitchens. One does salad, one pizza and one everything else. They don't use a grill, everything is done in frying pans, really old school.

We met as a family and had delicious food! I started with a flirtini, then had fried olives. I also had the spaghetti and clams, it was tangy and delicious! My husband had the filet with fingerling potatoes. He said it was great! I topped it off with their lovely lemon tart, my daughter had their huge ice cream sandwich. We had great service and talked as a family, I canât wait to visit again!

This is a truly terrible restaurant. It gives Italian restaurants a bad name. If you like ugly surroundings, some awful food, and slow service, this is your kind of place. You donât have to be a foodie to be seriously disappointed with the quality of food. One advice, go anywhere but here.

Stopped in for dinner on a recent business trip. Got seated quickly but waited a bit for a server. Service was just OK but not very friendly. Food was amazing and delicious and huge portion. I had the chicken Marsala with a Caesar salad to start. Been to a lot of these, I think they are a pretty good chain and this one I would go back to again.
