Reviews on Pizza food in Willow Street, Pennsylvania, United States. Willow Street is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 8,908 at the 2016 census. In the early part of the 20th century the main thoroughfare in town was lined with willow trees on both sides for the length of the town, hence the community's name. As time marched on and the town grew, the road was widened and sidewalks were installed which required the trees be removed. Only a few of the original trees remain to this day.

The salads that we ordered to go were large and were good except for the fact that they forgot to include the dressing for mine. Service was slow, as a matter of fact I had waited so long I asked if they had forgotten our order. After being patient and inquiring they found my order sitting on the delivery/table and I had watched the person from the kitchen carry it out and set it down on the delivery table. I would not return here do to poor staffing, would go to Applebee's next time. Sorry to say as I like to support other businesses besides chain restaurants.

The pizza was great, the service was lacking. There was a guy by the door on his phone most the time and then he would work behind the counter at times. Once the cashier saw I wasnât tipping she basically threw the card back at me and went on to the next customer. Stick to the pizza if eating there, the other food was not very good, lacking seasoning and spices.

A nice restaurant and atmosphere. Neat booths in the wall for quiet dining or larger tables available for more seating. The calzones are delicious. I had spaghetti and meatballs which were good also but the specialty items seems to be the calzones. Good service and convenient location. Highly recommend

Excellent wood-fired small plate and entree sized dishes, coupled with great service and a nice atmosphere. The noise level was âenergeticâ when full at dinner (i.e., loud but not overpowering). The biggest problem is parking, with a very small lot and a confusing patchwork of street regulations in the area. Reservations are a must here.

Wow what a deal we got. A soft drink, trip to the salad bar, medium pizza, 8 breadsticks and a full slab of chocolate dessert 24 pieces for $20. Too iuch. The server was very nice and packed up our stuff so we could take it back to motel.

We grabbed a pie while on vacation in the area. Ingredients seemed fresh, crust was ok. Vegetarian options are available on the menu.

We've ordered pizza takeout before but never ate in. Sign inside the doors said to seat yourself. However after 6-7 mins of waiting, we were about to go up to the counter to order when the waitress finally came around to our table. Service all around slow. Sandwiches were kinda bland. Will stick to pizza and takeout from here.

Four of us stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Busy at that time. Clerk took our order - one large pizza, one cheesesteak, one cheeseburger sub. After waiting patiently for app 30 minutes, others received their pizza. Another 10 minutes and one in our group got their cheeseburger sub and the other that ordered the cheesesteak received a chicken cheesesteak. Took back and employee tried to tell us that cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteak taste the same. Well, we are in Lancaster County and a steak and chicken are entirely two different things. After another 30 minutes and everyone done except me - yes the cheesesteak, I finally received it. Myself and another person (using a cane) had to wait in line all that time for cheesesteaks. Apparently someone was marking chicken cheesesteaks instead of steak cheesesteaks. No apology when sandwiches were finally done. Usually at that point, the meal is free. Then we were going to treat ourselves to ice cream which took another 15 minutes. Guess we just hit a bad day but manager should have seen to it that apologies should have been made.

Very nice surroundings, but very slow service. It was a Friday night and they seemed to be overwhelmed and/or under staffed. Hot food arrived cold, sent back to be reheated and came back 15 min. later and still luke warm. All of food arrived at different times. Waiters need more training on customer service.
