We visited Prezzo Whitstable on 21st July 2019 having not been there of late due to poor service. We decided to give the restaurant another go but we were served by a very surly waitress/manager who obviously didnât believe in positive customer service. The food was very standard chain food but towards the end of the meal she suddenly informed us that it was time for her bus and couldnât serve us at which point she collected her coat. The main manager asked her where she was going and again repeated it was time for her bus and despite being told they were still busy she left putting her customer service into question.I am not sure that my family would bother to visit Whitstable Prezzo again!

This is a real Sicilian man and a real Sicilian place. Not fake-ish- British- Italian kitchen- the food is real and delicious and exactly the same I had in Sicily which is in my mind since my last visit 12 years ago. Real Sicilian Capriciosa- yes with hard boiled egg for God Sake cause this is how you will eat your Capriciosa in Sicilian town! Real experience, amazing atmosphere and owner who is here and cares about customers like no one else. We came for Oysters festival and end up there for dinner- deffinitely will be coming back any time we will be in Whitstable! Don't forget to grab your own favourite bottle of booze in the corner shop!

Bog standard pizza, £5 for a tiny bit of garlic bread ? grrrrr. 2 pizzas ordered and a bottle of wine, friendly staff but overpriced. Our fault really but expected a bit more, also still hungry when we left, never a good sign.
