Watervliet is a city in Berrien County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Watervliet is also in the Charter Township of Watervliet. The population was 1,843 at the 2000 census. It is Dutch for "where the waters meet" and it is a rural farming community. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,735 with 47.9% being males and 52.1% being females. The downtown area has an old-fashioned Main Street with antique stores and gift shops that attract tourists.

I was driving around looking for a good place to eat that didn't appear to be a greasy spoon or truck stop cafe. I saw the $6 on the sign and stopped in. There is seating but as they make the pizza to order and my drive to the hotel about 2 minutes away, I opted to carry out. They do make it to order and at a price at or lower than frozen box pizzas at the store, its a no brainer. Order fresh. I was pleased and am still eating leftovers the next day. If you are in the area. stop by.The pizza is really good.

Only place we go for pizza. Crust is always cooked to perfection topping are tasty, plentiful, and hot. Service is excellent and very cost friendly, never had a bad pie there. We go about once a week, Highly recommend.

I was really surprised to LOVE the pizza we ordered. I called and had it delivered to the Surfari Joe's Hotel. I expected just regular PH pizza, but this was delicious! I had the large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms and it was delivered right to our room, sooner than the estimate of 45 minutes. It was hot, tasty and hit the spot. I would eat their pizza again anytime! I felt the price was a bit steep, but since it was delivered and it was for a birthday party, I was ready to pay the $21...and it turned out so good that I am happy to have chosen them. (I had read the reviews of a local restaurant that we like in other parts of our county and they were poor for this site, so we chose Pizza Hut instead...and I'm glad!)Good job Pizza Hut!

It's hard to find a good pizza in the area and Gala T delivers. It's good, but not outstanding; the prices are reasonable too. We all enjoyed the homemade salad bar options. Although it is not huge, it works. A family of 4 can eat and drink for under $50! The alfredo sauce was buttery and tasty. I've had other red sauce meals too, which were all acceptable. The staff tries very hard to serve you too. We had a nice dinner.

Kind of a bar atmosphere, which is fine - booths and tables. Service was good, not overly friendly or chatty. Pizza was very good - good tasting crust, perfect amount of sauce, not too sweet not too bland - sausage was good. Only complaints were fresh and not canned mushrooms would be nice and wish they would lose the paper plates. Had to eat pizza and sauce off of paper plates. Will return when we are in the area.
