One of our favorites, especially for sharing with visitors. The food is tasty, reasonably priced, they are open for breakfast and have some of the best service available.What sets Dos Rios apart though is the BEAUTIFUL setting. The grounds are immaculate, loaded with exotic plants and flowers immersed in the soothing background of gently falling water provided by the year-round stream.With indoor and outdoor seating this place can't be beat when showing off the best of Volcan!

I have to admit that giving this place 4 stars bothers me a bit, I wish I could give it 5 but there were a few cons'PROS: Menu not extensive but plenty of choices for a movie.Price: How in the world can you go wrong with a basket of burger, fries with soda AND a movie for $??? Food: Not the best burger I ever had, but it didn't cost $12 either. Fries were standard, good, hot, fair quantity.Drink: National beers $1.75, no discount for swapping from soda.Ambiance: Nothing special but clean, well lit and open. No negatives.Movie: HUGE screen, especially since the last row is only 12-15 feet awayCONS:Service: Admittedly, finding attentive service in Panama is rare, and this was better than most but still, I had to leave the theater to get a 2nd beer ... 10 minutes after motioning to the waitress that I wanted one when she cleared the empty baskets. Has to be the easiest money for a restaurant to make (pop a top, make $1.03!) and NO-ONE gets it. I did speak to the manager and service did improve afterward.Theater: Seats (about 12) are fairly uncomfortable (with the exception of the permanently reclined), bottom is a bit short and the seats angle forward. Would be better if they were about 2" lower in the back. Picture was projected clear and stable onto a smooth white wall. Sound was loud enough but bass was over-driven, I don't think the speakers were quite up to the task.Bottom Line:I enjoyed both the meal and movie and I will definitely return and bring friends with me. I have wanted to visit for a few weeks now (just heard about it) and was hoping to give it a rave review, we need more choices here in Volcan. Not quite a rave but I hope it is good enough to help keep it open.Thank you for your reviewI apologize for any inconvenience in our House.The menu you received is exclusive to consume in our small movie theater, we invite you to visit us and enjoy our menu a la carta , we hope not to disappoint you.Our style is very rustic and maybe we are not up to your expectations, we apologize for that.I am very sorry that our team has not been as attentive as you needed, We hope you give us the opportunity to change this bad experience.Thank you for helping us to improve with your opinion, because a 4 stars makes us very sad.You and the rest of our customers mean the world to us - we wouldn't be where we are without you.

We went for lunch, the prices are a little bit high, but the food and attention to customers is great, you also have a lot of arcade style games so children can go play and let you rest while you eat.It's a big place, so if it's full food may take a little. It was not our case, from the time we order until the food arrived was between 10 to 15 minutes.
