Very nice location at lake side view to factory pipes, the heart of Varkaus. Funny detail when ordering meals with 'toy animals' I ate bacon-reindeer salad garnished with blue cheese . It was enough big portion for main meal and really delicious. Also other members in our company praised their hamburgers and salads. Beer from small brewery from Kuopio was really taste, much better than 'normal' wheat beers.

Whilst nothing outstanding to rave about, the food and service my group of four enjoyed on a Sunday whilst most other places were closed, was very acceptable and very reasonably priced.The choice of dishes was excellent, allowing for most tastes and dietary requirements, promptly delivered and a pre-mains salad-bar was exceptional.We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend it.
