Minimalistic and vintage style restaurant with exquisite cart of fish, shellfish, meat, pasta and risottos. Various preparations will delight your palate to spend a unforgettable moment. Varied wine cellar, warm environment and the best familiar service.
If you come to Valparaiso, there's a million places where you can have great food and have a good time... This is definitely not on that list! The service, although the guy was nice, was hyper slow! Their excuse was that they had a table of 8!... Really? They took over 20 minutes to bring drinks and food over 40!Food was cold and lacking taste.Just skip this place!Estimado.

On a cruise stop at Valparaiso, we found this pleasant and clean restaurant near the main avenue near the waterfront of downtown Valparaiso. We had very good service even though we had no common language with the staff, and the quality of the lunch was fine.

It was right on the way to work and I was starving, so gave it a try. Asked for a pappardelle arrabiata. It was supposed to be spicy, but I think it was a bit too far. The "vino de copa" (carmenere) was very good. Perhaps I'd have enjoyed more if I've asked for sth lighter in seasoning.

Like a lot of places in Chile, they seem to be cooking it in a standard oven that doesn't get above 270 degrees. It's not really pizza.

Maybe I don't know the price of food yet in Valparaiso but the pizza was around $20 for one topping. I will say it was a very good pizza though and I would recommend it to anyone. It wasn't my first choice but it was open at 7pm on a Sunday and not much was open at that time.

After getting some epically awful pizzas in Latin America, I had just about thrown in the towel. I must say that Pizza Ecuador has restored my faith! Freshly made crust, decent toppings all at a great price. The limited seating area is pretty basic, but this low frills place delivers on the food and that's what it's about. We munched down our pizza, accompanied at the nearby tables by several young couples who were politely stealing kisses at every moment. Young and in love in Valparaiso? This is the place!

We just stayed for one night here on a visit from santiago. It was very central to everything youâd want to see in valparaiso. Lots of character. High ceilings and wooden floors. Nice and clean and wifi also good. Enjoyed a nice game of subbuteo and a good continental style breakfast in the morning with fruit, yoghurt, bread, coffee, eggs. Was perfect for us and reasonably priced too!

Saborcolor Restaurant bar, specializing in seafood with a great menu of drinks and Chilean wines located in a building from the early twentieth century on Cerro Concepcion Valparaiso historical heritage of humanity, open every day of the year.
We were looking for a place for late lunch and happened to come across Saborcolor. The front looked like a bar and the name said Bar, since I don't drink I wasn't sure about the place but glad we tried it. The restaurant side is nice and modern looking, the waiter speaks good English and very friendly. I ordered the Leg of Lamb and my husband had the medallion steak. Both dishes were very tasty and the presentations were like something out of the Gourmet magazine, all with very reasonable price. We are totally satisfied.Estimados señores, vuestra crÃtica nos reconforta y alienta a seguir mejorando.Mil graciasAlvaro Figueroa Zabaleta Saborcolor

Our hotel recommended Malandrino for us - otherwise we might never have found it as the entrance is very low key. We had a lovely lunch in the court yard with a bottle of wine. Food was excellent and the waiter couldn't have been nicer.
