We ate here on a Monday, when the $31 surf and turf is reduced to $10. The food was poor at best and the atmosphere was worse. I would recommend any of the surrounding clubs over this hotel.

Took advantage of the $4.95 regular pizza before 4 pm. I ordered the regular supreme pizza only to be told $10.95. When I msaid I want the special I was told that the special regular pizza is a different size. This is not regular size as advertised it is small, this is false advertising, see photos attached. This is against the fair trading act. By the way the pizza was crap, barely any cheese and tasteless.

Wood fired pizza. You will taste nothing like it anywhere else. Simple relaxed location across from water. Eat in or take away. We deliver within 10 minutes in any direction.

This place could be so good if the owner did two things. One talk less to the customers and spend more time cooking the pizza as opposed to a young junior that cooked the night we went. As we know the better the food the more experience and love attached. Also ditch the current mozzarella cheese because cooked it tastes like cheap cheddar. Maybe it is and if it is it's terrible.The owner is a lovely man just needs to churn out a loved pizza.I definitely have nights in winter where I get the kids to practice what they have been taught and I try to stay out of their way (Thats the way I learnt) Its pretty hard to get the way I want it wrong. I don't cook them much better, the woodfired oven does all the work, I can just cook more at once.We do have a percentage of cheddar into the mix of mozzarella and other cheeses. If ever there is an ingredient that polarises pizza eaters, its the cheese, too much to little, too salty, not salty enough, too much cheddar, not enough. But it is definitely not a cheap cheddar, but cheddar is considered to taste cheap, its the one cheese taste we all know.Sorry your experience was not 5 star, maybe next time

pizza is ok. nothing more fancy than any other pizza joint. but what makes them fail is everything else on the menu. pasta menu is complete rubbish. cant eat it... and when you pay up to 12 to 14 dollars for 'slop', your getting ripped off. pizza.... ok. everything else... rubbish

First off the take away menu states spaghetti bolognaâs as $10 the menu in the shop states $14 then thereâs no spaghetti only fettuccine thatâs okay we order a margarita pizza the base isnât cooked enough I could smell the dough through the box then when we asked for Parmesan cheese they donât have any. Sorry are you an Italian no spaghetti no Parmesan PAZZO. Then on getting the meal home yep the pizza base wasnât cooked long enough and was chewy and almost raw, donât get me started on the Bolognaâs no flavour no seasoning wet as bland and boring avoid the âfamily home cooking â joke.... shame on you!!!

I like to give businesses a second chance, and being a long term local, more so. However, I found exactly the same experience, VERY overpriced pizza, that frankly does not represent Napoli at all. Next to none mozzeralla,again & the size of the pizza for the money a bit too much to ask Im afraid. Pasta just ok. but simply put their food lacks "love"So - you want authentic I suggest La Fiamma.or store bought you might as well go to Pizza Hut or the likes for half the price. As for the pasta, think I'll just cook my own - its so much better.Sorry Proprietors, but its just not that good - especially for the money.Hi Shelly , sorry to hear your experience .First off all I would like to ask you the day and time you visited our shop and the order you placed , it will help us find us better what exactly happened.Also is 12 -13 inches gourmet pizza freshly made expensive for around $20 ? About the pastas , all the sauces are made freshly using fresh ingredients and herbs by qualified chefs .Itâs your right reviewing the restaurants but i suggest you to complain straight away in the restaurant so the chef or manager can fix it on spot. I wait for your reply with details of your visit so that I can check our cctv and find out what exactly happened

Iâm came here based on trip advisor feedbackOrdered a pizza and two pasta dishes. Basic table service lacking such as clearing extra settings not being used at table as well as not clearing any entree plates or mains until we leftKnife was so old I couldnât cut through the pizza base which was delivered with random slice sizes from 2 inch crust to one price taking up a quarter of the pizza. The 2 pasta dishes were very average for an Italian restaurant. I just canât see how anyone can rave about the food. Location and atmosphere is great. Staff are friendly. Hi, Im Sorry to hear that I didnât realised you werenât happy that night as no ones has reported it to us after the bill has been paid or I would definitely do something for you :( I wish you can give it another go so we can try to make you happy next time Grazie e ciao
