Since 1988, Montano's Restaurant has been treating residents and visitors of North Truro alike to authentic Italian cuisine that's made from scratch the old fashioned way. With pasta that's crafted in-house and cooked to order, homemade sauces, and pizza
We ordered take out dinner from this restaurant on a weeknight. Service was good and our meal was ready when promised. Clam chowder was on the thin side and seemed somewhat oily. Few clams and potatoes. Contained fish that did not taste like clams. Overall, had little flavor. Pasta is homemade, but tasted doughy and heavy in the linguini with clam sauce. Lots of pieces of fish that did not taste like clams. Overall not much clam flavor. Lasagna had little sauce and little meat and seemed greasy. Wouldn't recommend.

I've had some fabulous thin pizza made in a wood burning oven...however, when you put thin pizza dough in a regular, hot pizza oven like these guys do, it dries out awfully fast. My suggestion is to eat this pizza quickly, as soon as it comes out of the oven...take out is a mistake...if you do that, you may as well put toppings on a Ritz. Also, there's no need to be friendly at this place...it does for pizza what Seinfeld did for soup.

..... youâve been to Spiritus. Especially when itâs getting later in the night (or early in the morning). Itâs a rite of passage with perfectly thin crust. Pizza is very tasty, and sitting outside on the bench to watch the world go by is part of the Provincetown experience. Enjoy!

After dinner my granddaughter wanted ice cream. We entered Twisted and were greeted by a grumpy person behind the counter. One fancy ice cream cone and one dish with a tablespoon of bad tasting maple walnut ice cream (I asked for the small amount) later and a bill for almost $13.00....NEVER AGAIN! I rarely complain or write bad reviews but this experience warranted one. I am so sorry about this. People usually like the staff, sothis is not good! I will find out who was working and do a quick review! Please let me refund your money. PM me
