Went to look for burgers, but after seeing løvstek (leaf steak = steak hammered thin like a leaf) had to order that, and it wasn't disappointing.Personnel was nice and location was good with parking in Europark.
Stumbled on this place on way back from cable car. Why doesn't everybody eat her? For under equivalent £8 we had a plentiful and tasty spaghetti bolognese with a basketful of freshly made garlic bread. In a city which we know is not cheap, this was a bargain without compromising on taste or presentation. Hugely recommended.

Forget all the other pizzerias in Tromsø - this is simply the best, at least the pizzas. The restaurant could have been nicer, but who cares as long as the pizza is best and the kitchen is clean?
This small local restaurant does a selection of pizzas as well as pasta and traditional Norwegian dishes. The food is very good and although whilst we were eating there they had very few other customers the seem to do a good trade in pizza delivery. They are not really a tourist location so their Credit card machine only takes Norwegian cards so be sure you have cash on you. The prices are really reasonable and two people can get a good meal for around NOK 350.

New Year's eve and most resturants and shops were shut. We managed to get a takeaway pizza from Peppes just before they shut at 7pm. It was ready in just over 20 minutes but becasue they told us 20 minutes we got a free bottle of coke for our trouble! The pizza was massive, thick toppings and tasty, plus, hot enough to stay hot by the time we got back to the hotel to eat it. Great value and service, can't fault it.

Definitely out of the way, but the pizza in LaSperanza ha been voted the best in town several years. The place is situated in the basement of a singlefamily house, has a typical wannabe-Italian interior, frequented by locals. The pizzas are good, and not too expensive.

Yonas first turned on its pizza oven in 1974 and has ever since been the âreal thingâ when it comes to pizza in Tromsø. With our 43 years of operations, generations have grown up with Yonas pizza and we continue to serve and delight the local in-crowd wit
At first glance Yonas appeared to be a very appealing quayside pizza eatery with outdoor table seating and attractive gourmet pizzas, like CPK, and a good selection of drinks so we were tempted to try it (rather than the 3 or 4 other sidewalk cafes and pubs in the vicinity). The menu was creative and intriguing at first glance. We ordered up a good variety of pizzas to get a good sampling of their offerings. We had positive impressions going in and (unfortunately) we were not especially impressed going out.The dough was thick and crispy, reminding me of a DiGiorno, with a hint of sugar, like Pizza Hut. The pizzas were California style and made an attempt at exotic ingredients. Bacon and greens were prevalent. I did like the Indian inspired New Delhi pizza the best, but the curry sauce lacked subtlety and needed something creamy perhaps, like yoghurt or creme fresh. Beware of aggressive seagulls outside! they have no compunction about taking food right out of your hand or off the table. The staff was young and inexperienced, but we noticed them making rookie mistakes. A training issue I'm sure. The single available rest room was large and clean. We did have a nice lunch with a good view, but Yonas would not be my first choice for pizza. Maybe for a drink.

Pizza Restaurant with character in Tromso. We have brought with us a piece of Italy to the Arctic Circle. With our wood-fired stone oven we serve authentic pizzas made by Italian chefs in Neapolitan style and many quality wines from Italy. All this in a s
Looking for an affordable place to have dinner in Tromso, we ended up in that pizzeria that offers woodfired pizzas and a very decent house wine. It is located a little bit on the hill from the harbor and we did not regret our choice. Quite affordable, in Norwegian standards, we had a pleasant dinner that was served by an English-speaking waitress who was very helpful. Definitely a place to consider

Spacious and cosy restaurant with rich variety of dishes. We serve many types of pizza, delicious biff and lamb dishes, tunisian cous cous, as well as desserts that won't leave you disappointed! Welcome!
For authentic Italian far from Italy, Cous was a great choice. It is a little further out than the Main Street with restaurants, but worth the short walk. My ravioli was cooked al dente and my husbands carbonara delicious. The staff and super friendly and helpful. This restaurant is intimate and great for a group. Prices were reasonable and the wine list comprehensive.
