In a tiny mountain village situated 5 km from Tolmezzo we found what looked like a regular pizzeria...with a moroccan twist! On saturday nights a native moroccan member of staff prepares wonderful cous cous and tajines on request with fabulous moroccan fresh bread baked in the fire oven also used for pizzas. Booking is essential as the dishes are prepared fresh on demand only (and tajines do need quite a few hours on the stove to cook!) The rest of the menu includes good pizzas or chicken with fries. Should you be too far from home, this place also offers basic overnight accomodation.

We sat outside along the street. The restaurant is a local pizzeria and is popular with locals. They had a nice fresh salad bar inside and the desserts look yummy and homemade. I had the spaghetti puttanesca and it was very good. The pasta was done perfecto! Great prices.

Sebbene i tranci pronti ed in vista fossero di aspetto invitante, ho optato per il kebab. Mi dicono che devo aspettare perchè il panino in cui mettono il kebab lo fanno sul momento, mi viene anche chiesto come desidero sia farcito. Bene, opto per farcirlo con pomodori, insalata, cipolla rossa e salsa piccante. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa arriva un super panino kebab fatto con il pane di pizza. Buonissimo, non ti sporchi neanche perchè i succhi vengono raccolti dal pane pizza. Locale piccolissimo per mangiare all'interno, fuori solo una panca. La titolare cortese e subito alla mano con i nuovi clienti.Erano circa le 13 e vi assicuro che c'è stato un gran via vai di clienti anche per asporto.Strano oggi trovare una pizzeria al taglio gestita da persone originarie del posto.Complimenti (La foto non c'è perché il kekab meritava di essere divorato)

It would improper not to advise that my partner in crime's relatives own the building...but I don't care about nepotism. If this place stunk I would be pretty candid. This place does not stink. The chef, someone I need to hang with...he made one of the MOST difficult dishes, yet unbelievable, I have had...a lasagna di melanzane...please make the effort. Great place, good service, the only place to eat in Tolmezzo.

Ero di passaggio a Tolmezzo e mi sono fermato in pausa pranzo con dei colleghi.Primi un poâ anonimi e pizza mediocre.Self service di verdure abbastanza fornito.Prezzo alto per la qualità offerta.Dallâesperienza avuta, lo sconsiglio.

Locale non molto ampio ma pulito, in estate giardino esterno. La pizza è buona, anche da asporto. Personale gentile e simpatico. Forno a vista.Si può pagare con bancomat e carta di credito.

Although this is categorized in the Cheap eats the quality wasn't skimped. We had Pizza. They were freshly prepared, beautifully cooked and very very good. The friendly owner was quite surprised (and pleased) to find tourists in this little known area of Carnia but made us most welcome. I would highly recommend it My OH was pleased to report that it was the best pizza he has ever eaten!

This restaurant offers a wide choice of traditional dishes and four pages of pizzas. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is good and prices are reasonable.The location close to the Tourist Office is central.Street parking is free for 2 hours at lunchtime.

Somewhat outside Tolemezzo next to a busy street and fuel station but still worth a visit and better then the tourist traps inside the town center. Lots of locals having lunch here. Size of the courses is mega. Single primo piati is sufficient for average guest. Pasta is excellent
