We found this after wandering round most of the town last night, looking for somewhere reasonably priced. It was a great discovery! All of the pizza cones are 150 c$ or less, they dont look huge but are really filling and extremely tasty. We also had a salad which was fresh with much needed vitamins! Would definitely recommend, we'll probably go again later in the week!

Best Pizza in San Juan del Sur, brick oven and 100% italian ingredients
Stopped by to watch the sunset during supper and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. Great views over the beach to watch the sun set, beer was cold and pizza and caprese salad were very tasty and authentic. No happy hour but a great spot to take in the end of the day over a very tasty pizza. Plenty of options for appetizers, pasta and pizza.
Pizzeria Mama Ricarte's is proud to serve the customer proclaimed best pizza in Central America. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients in our pizza and meals including the use of olive oil. We serve delicious lunches and dinners Tipico Nicaragua
My wife and I stopped in at this Pizza place right next to the Rivas bus terminal on our way back to Granada from Ometape. Gene, the owner was from Boston, settled in Nicaragua and a pleasant guy to chat with about living in Nicaragua. The pizza and grilled cheese sandwich brought back memories of growing up in a small town in WA state and visiting local diner.
Oceanfront, in one of the most beautiful beach of the Nicaraguan Pacific, this restaurant offers the perfect combination of sun, sand and sea with magical flavors of international cuisine for the enjoyment of visitors. The unique taste of a freshly prepar
Staff doesn't speak english, but the food spoke my language. They were all so friendly and helpful. Omelette and Bistec de Res won me over. Howler monkeys in the trees above and a possibility of camping on the premises made me a happy man. Highly recommended.

I went here for Brunch. I loved the open seating arrangement and beautiful rustic decor. They had great spicy bloody Maryâs. They had an amazing brunch menu and had housemade sour dough bread that was delicious! This place does little pop up restaurants so the menu changes quite often. I Love the concept that they have! They even have a little shop that you can buy anything from cheeses to local kombucha!!! I will definitely come back and highly recommend you check it out!

Pretty good meal overall, although the pizza crust was kind of weak, and the wine wasn't very good. Good options for different pizzas.
This was our favourite place to eat in popoyo. The vegetarian pizzas and calzones were so big and delicious, some of the best we have had on our Latin American travels so far. With fresh toppings and a thin and crispy base it is the perfect mix of ingredients for great food. They offer cocktails and desert as well and the setting and ambience is beautiful to relax to.

We loved this little spot. We visited multiple times for dinner with our little boy (14 months old) and were treated SO well! The Italian food is super authentic, simple and delicious. We love that it felt like home cooking and the atmosphere was super relaxed and open. Homemade bread, pasta and the goats cheese salads were all highlights! YUM.

For context understand that I don't just like pizza; I love it and am kinda of a pizza connoisseur if there is such a thing. So with that little back ground let me just say that the pizza here beats out all the other places in the Popoyo area (and they are pretty darn good too) and is probably the best I have ever had anywhere!!! It was so good in fact we went back the very next night to try another of their creations. The crust is light, the sauce is flavorful but not overbearing. The secret I think is the oven which is wood fired. for pizza to be good the oven has to be hot and they got it right here. Lets just add that the rest of the place is awesome too. This is not a surf shack on the beach, its a very nicely appointed dining area that should attract the Rancho Santana and Hacienda Iguana tourists. When word gets out this place will be packed every night!
