Szaflary has about 2,200 residents. There is a church, a fire station, and a few grocery stores in the village. The village lies along the Dunajec River.

Traditional highland decor and furnishings would lead you to believe this is the perfect spot for traditional, Polish highland cuisine . . . and you'd be right. But the real star on the menu is pizza. Pizza in the Polish highlands? Yes! Genuine Neopolitan pizza (with a few local improvisations thrown in for variety's sake). Mm, Mm, Good!! And service that is more attentive than you might find in other local places. You will not be disappointed.

This is a gem of a place in Bialka on the main road.Its like a café pub , always warm and welcoming with a stove burner.Great spot to meet after the slopes for a few drinks and snacks.Owner is a nice guy with good English and attracts a good crowd in the evenings.PS3 for the teens and Polish MTV on the tv , my kids liked it anyways!handy when you want to enjoy a pint to have the kids happy :)Food is pizza , chips , hot dogs , chicken nuggets etc with mulled wines and beers and soft drinks.Warm and cosy , pay it a visit

I love the atmosphere and friendliness of this place. Great local food and drinks. We also liked that the pizza was baked in a traditional pizza oven.

Went on our first night on a friends recommendation. Wasn't disappointed the guy translated the menu for us. Food was great, only downside was a child running around all the time we were there which was a bit annoying. Apart from that would recommend a visit .

Die Pizzeria ist direkt am Markt gelegen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Das Essen bzw. der Cafe schmeckt.Bei der Bezahlung mit einer Kreditkarte sieht man exakt den PLN Betrag in der Anzeige, später steht dann auf dem Kreditkartenbeleg ungefragt eine Abrechnungsbestätigung in Euro und den erklärten Verzicht auf eine PLN Abrechnung. (= ca. 10% Mehrkosten).Das mobile Zahlungsterminal wird durch den Kassierer bedient. Reklamation zwecklos. Storno nicht möglich. Leider kein Einzelfall. Wer seine Gäste so behandelt, hat keine Gäste verdient.

We booked apartment in Termy Szaflary with romantic pack including dinner in gorgeous restaurant Italian on site. Great atmosphere and really good food. Highly recommended. We loved it.
