Food not too bad. Owners/managers, however, seem to think that 30 years in the industry gives them the right to be rude and arrogant to their guests. Clearly then, 30 years in the industry doesn't correlate to developing a sense of customer service. Never again. There's plenty of better places to choose from.

Located just across the train station this store offers pizza and pasta dishes as well as a small selection of salads. Pizza is ok, dough tastes a bit bland. Ok for a quick stop and certainly a better alternative to the snack bars in the outlet center. Service is average. Drinks served in tin cans.

The waiter was very rude when we only wanted to consume a carafe of water during the meal, he almost laughed at us.The carpaccio of beef was small and very salty. The 4-season pizza lacked tomato sauce, very rich in cheese and ham.We chose too quickly considering the average Tripadvisor reviews but we really missed it. This restaurant is not worth 4.

Real Italian pizzeria/restaurant, fantastic pizza but not only, everything we had was very good, the restaurant also has great choice of wines. It is also very stylish, for warmer seasons it has a nice terrace too.

All the earlier reviews are true - the pizzas are great, service is very fast but not compromising the food. Very few mention the pasta which is a shame. We had the salmon pasta and it was delicious. I would seriously recommend venturing beyond the pizzas. The menu is extensive and if the pasta is anything to go by, certainly worth a try.
Everything was very good, delicious Italian pizza and Turkish kebabs, thanks so much to owner, lovely place..

Good value food - allergens marked clearly in menu. Small area for non-smokers. Staff very friendly.
A friendly Restaurant with a well catered for Menu, I Had the Lamb cutlets with roasted potatoes and my wife had Grilled Calamari, we were both delighted with our choice and the same goes for the house red wine which was Zweigelt. For Pizza friends there were 35 different Pizzas, Pasta menu catered for everyone. The other items on the menu included Fish platter for 2, Mixed grill, Wiener schnitzel and Cordon Bleu etc. The choice was excellent.
On a 1-night stayover in Steinach, our hotel recommended 2 nearby restaurants for dinner: 1 was closed for a week, and Venezia was the other one. Walking in, we were greeted and seated quickly, and noticed it was nearly full of locals who appeared to know each other. The few remaining empty tables quickly filled as we were waiting for our food, and each arrival was greeted as they walked in and also greeted others already seated. The place just had a great casual "my neighborhood" vibe to it that was very attractive. Our drink order was taken in minutes and drinks served up quickly; same with the food, which was very well prepared and delicious. It's not that often I have the good fortune to find a restaurant loved by locals that also shows the same warm reception to strangers. Although our hotel referred to it as a "pizza and pasta" place, it had a very good menu with many terrific pizza choices, a large range of pasta dishes, and also included the traditional Austrian standbys, large salads, etc. I'd go back without hesitation, and considered it our good fortune that the "other place" was closed that night.

we serve good old traditional Austrian Food but also delicious Pizzas in a nice Restaurant in the middle of the Wipptal valley between Innsbruck and Brenner
Was actually looking for another place when passed by Platzl a few times. It didn't look inviting from the outside. The first room entering is nice all though people are allowed to smoke. Next room looks more like a bar but then there is a third room - A non smoking room! Very nice Austrian style with only a few people. We all ordered different kind of "Schnitzel" and it was all delivered within 10min after ordering. The Wiener Schnitzel is on the large size - even kids schnitzel was huge for a 6 year old. All tasted good, great beers too.
