I had the tastiest pizza ever, (Wenlock Edge Farm Hunterâs Salami, House Spicy Sausage, Red Onion, Mozzarella and Tomato Base), perfectly cooked and great value. My partner had a vegetarian pizza which she loved. Normally, if we go for a pizza, she will leave at least a slice or two for me to "try". This time I didn't get a sniff!Friendly service, nice range of drinks, pleasant atmosphere - what more could you ask for.

We are a hip neighbourhood gem located on the Harborne High Street and a shining star on the local dining scene. Famous for our down-to-earth gastro menu and edgy decor, The Plough in Harborne has a villagey vibe right in the centre of Birmingham and the
I was in the area and decided to give the plough another go as had a bit of a not so favourable experience with a party booking last christmas. Must say considering it was fairly busy I was served swiftly and the lady behind the bar was very welcoming. I had the halloumi and cauliflower bruschetta and it was scrumptious. I still think its steep mind, £4.50 for a fixed wheel ale is a pinch but nonetheless and an improvement and the beer was well kept.

A family run restaurant with character and a warm atmosphere, Casa Italia offers a vast choice on its menu with a variety of freshly prepared dishes. Pizzas, Pastas, Steak, Chicken and Fish fill the main course selection and the infamous garlic bread is d
Having used this restaurant for many years have never thought to give it review, it speaks volumes for its self that like myself it has many regular customers who keep coming back knowing the food, service, drinks and the ambiance are second to non , absolutely first class and a proportion of the price you will pay in the City. The staff are very polite and friendly trying and succeeding to make you feel welcomed, really cannot fault it. Really good food .

For us itâs all about the pizza. Just like in Naples, our dough is made on site every day, takes 24 hours to double ferment and just 60 seconds to cook. It is soft, light and floppy⦠so fold for strength or tuck in with a knife and fork. Enjoy.
As the titles says the dough here is delicious. Buffalo mozarella was divine and pizza came out really quickly and fresh. Easy to book online and obviously very popular.Sorbet was crisp and refreshing. Waitress was lovely if clearly a little inexperienced but thatâs not a complaint weâve all had first jobs! The reason for 4 not 5 is that there was not enough cheese on the pizza for my personal preference. This meant by the end of the pizza, when all the delicious doughy crust has been eaten, there were some bits of thin middle dough and tomato in middle that were just not appetising on their own. I would have paid more for extra cheese so would have liked that flagged up. All in all a great addition to Birminghamâs good scene.

As Italians, we went here with very poor expectations. We found very good quality ingredients on a super quick cooked pizza. The concept of making your own pizza in just 90 seconds is genious and is served with kind and nice staff. The choice to use sourdough is unconventional for true Italian pizza, so the taste results different, even if well balanced by the toppings. Thanks AndreaWe use sourdough because the natural yeasts together with a slow 48hour proof result in a very light eat that doesnât bloat your plus adds flavour to the doughGlad you enjoyed your pizza :)

Great little hidden gem located in what some would deem a odd location, being based in Birmingham there is no denying that Ladywood is an area in much needed redevelopment but it's places like Gustami that put it on the map for the right reasons! My wife and i have visited here on a few occasions, it just dawned on me that on our last visit i have yet to write a TA review..so here it is! This place is a small family run cafe place that sells some well made home cooked style Italian dishes that simply are great to eat and great on the wallet too. We've had the lasagna and various other pasta dishes as well as the pizzas and on all accounts they have been superb, and the vegetarian choices are also very good. The dessert is also really nice, we normally go for the tiramisu however this time around i went for the chocolate cake and it was lovely and the wife as per usual she didn't move away from ordering the tiramisu. The service was good, we've been both mid week and weekends and at all times its been good. Always worth a visit and when the bill came to £30 which included 2 mains 2 sides 2 drinks and dessert this was brilliant. Will always be back.Hi Mak_SingThank you so much for choosing our little ristorante caffe Gustami.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Fogo. A small intimate restaurant with a good atmosphere. Everything you could want in a restaurant- really good food, attentive and friendly staff, pleasant background music, all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back.
