Juliette's Bistro is very new...the last (so far) to open of the dining choices at Simpson Bay Resort. Juilette's is in the building formerly used by Bon Appetit restaurant. So, it's right on the curve of Billy Folly Road, with a fair amount of traffic streaming by. Most of the tables are outdoors under large orange umbrellas. They continue to add plants and nice lighting touches and it's easy-comfort. They do have a small indoor dining area with table service and patisserie type counter purchases. We are regulars starting the second day they opened in June. The menu is French style casual bistro with a typically small bistro menu. They serve all day into the night, so it's easy to stop in early or late or mid afternoon for a beverage and snack. We have eaten all 3 meals with them and been quite pleased. Wine, beer, other bottled beverages, iced tea, juice, and coffee choices, but I do not think they have do mixed drinks/cocktails. The servers are very friendly, and since this is slow season and the Flamingo resort with over 200 rooms is still being reconstructed, they have had a good chance to get things running smoothly. For breakfast we ENJOY the Benedictine Eggs and are about to try the Croque Madame, for lunch we've had the pizza (very good) and their ham or turkey and cheese (we like Gouda) multigrain baguette panini with the salad nicoise -- it is so simple and so good! For dinner we tried two of their steaks, both also very nice. Tonight we will return for the fondue for two and a salad. It is doing just what they planned--quick, simple and good quality bistro food. We are so happy they are in the neighborhood!!Thank you for sharing your comments with us. Pizza del Sol offers a wide range of traditional as well as fantastic speciality pizzas. Pastas and salads are also available. There is ample parking and free Wi-Fi.I enjoyed the Indian specialty pizza which was vegetarian. I really could not get enough if it, the flavors combined on a superb way and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to returning as the service and pricing were also satisfactory.

If you are looking for a good thin crust pizza in Maho, this is the place. The crust is thin and excellent. There are variety of toppings available. The shop also has some pasta specials, and also serves ice cream. Our pizza with a variety of toppings was $18 US. The ice cream and gelato is four dollars for a scoop and a half. The Owner is very friendly and appreciative of your business. There is a table inside, and a number of tables outside on the patio. It is very informal and also has a bar.

Best stop I had in Sint Maarten. FANTASTIC food. My wife and I had french onion soup, Fried calamari, the sopranos pizza. Pizza stood out from any others. The food was awesome, went there three times during our stay in 10 days, Excellent pulled pork and ribs, Their Tuesday night steak dinner deal is the best on the island. We ate here on two separate nights and both experiences the food was fantastic. Reasonable priced, too. We enjoyed the open-air seating, and the servers were friendly. It was a great option as a family, with good prices and large portions.

This beach bar is incredibly reasonably priced. They have buckets of beer and incredible food all for reasonably cheap prices. This is the prime location for watching planes land and takeoff, and the bar offers chairs/umbrellas and 2 beers at a very reasonable package price. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We arrived late from our flight so we wanted something simple and easy. We were delighted at how good the pizza was!! The dough was tasty and crisp. Their pizza options had a nice variety too. Also, their daily specials and pasta dishes looked good. The bar has some good drinks and you can enjoy the view of the water!

Location was super convenient so we tried it with a relatively large group. Food was good, some dishes better than others. The lasagna was just OK, but others raved about the veal meatballs, salmon, half moon ravioli and lobster risotto. Ceases salad OK. Also had the scallop appetizer with puffed pastry that was amazing. It was nice that we could split the salad and appetizer and the salad was huge. Service was OK, got slower as the night progressed...took a long time to get deserts and then the check and also the left over to go items. Not sure I would go again as there are some other amazing Italian restaurants in the area if you have a car or taking taxis.
