Third time here and this experience was totally different.The server Paula was very accommodating. Food came cold twice, management was very loud , condescending and seemed like they were treating their work place like their own social club. Saw personnel making out in the premises. Not what we expected when 5 minutes away There are more than 5 similar restaurants with higher standards (food and service). Hope this is a fluke specially when a lot of tourists come to this place as a âsafeâ bet. Not our best representation as a high end hotel restaurant.

Love this place. Great location in Old San Juan. Itâs difficult to choose an appetizer, as all are delicious! Great pizza selection, for meet lovers, I recommend to try âel Pecadoâ . Due to illness in our family we have not been able to do our regular dining visits in San Juan. Instead, we are supplementing our dining needs with either take outs or home deliveries. Up to this point we had great dining experiences delivered at home. Then came this unexpected instance where we opted to get some food from Muzzarella. As usual my wife ordered her beloved Rissoto, while I ordered a churrasco. As I opened the meals I couldn't believe my eyes were watching this simplest presentation you will ever see in a plate. Just a piece of meat by itself. They won't even sent chimichurri sauce with it. Yes you heard right. In case you're wondering, the Rissoto wasn't anything like the one we had at their place either. And yes, we visit the place regularly.

I visited Lote 23 with my son who resides in Ciudadela across the street. What an unexpected treat! We went for lunch one day and shared a few items from different vendors, all of which was delicious. We then returned on a weekend night when a terrific live band was playing and people of all ages were singing and dancing along with the band and just having a great time. We enjoyed a few drinks, a variety of very good food items and wonderful entertainment in a safe and vibrant venue. The combination of Lote 23 and Ciudadela make for a fantastic neighborhood and community within Santurce!

Our little ones love pizza. This place was perfect. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The smells from the restaurant were incredible. We ordered pizza and it came out hot and delicious. They offer other items, for example pasta and antipasti platters. Iâm glad we decided to stop in.
