Amazing Italian food, authentic, for you made especially for the customer.
Attractive Sicilian Restaurant entered into by a laneway entrances. Inside its bright and airy with a mixture of inside and outside service. We dropped by for a Sunday lunch. The service was ok with a new waiter on the job on his first day. He was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and service was good. Overall impression was favourable with a desire to return with other friends. I believe that they hold Sicilian cooking lessons here.thank you for your review! Yes indeed we do hold Sicilian cooking classes and I am booked until August this year!.. Look forward to seeing you again...Carmela
Standard fare from the La Porchetta franchise. Food very good as normal, wait staff very friendly, though not always tremendously efficient. This particular restaurant is not an overly friendly atmosphere due mainly to the building, but the food is the same we get at our local La Porchetta. The tortellini carbonara is always a winner, as is the pizza with the lot (hold the anchovies!).

After looking at other reviews, I have no idea how anybody can call these pizzas anything but amazing!! Fresh, "clean" delicious pizzas that don't make you feel like you are eating takeaway. Had these pizzas a few times now, and every time they have been perfect!!!! Can't recommend this pizzeria enough!! Do yourself a favour and try it!!
Rye Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Rye
Forgot our order, when we asked we were told âit wasnât that longâ. Rule 1 in hospitality is not to argue with your customers. When the food arrived it was cold. Poor customer service. Worst restaurant ever. Donât bother going here.

12 of us had lunch at Italico on a beautiful sunny Sunday, surprisingly the room we were given was quite empty yet it had the view to the beach. The waiter misunderstood some of the drink orders and two of the people had mixed drinks given in very small glasses and to the wrong person. The food was quite nice. We had Calamari Fritti which was nice but just that, you had to pay extra for sides. It was $27.50. I had Panino Rustico which was a smallish focaccia roll with pumpkin, rocket pesto, eggplant (not sure if that was really there), sundried tomato, feta and capsicum $13.50. This was quite good for lunch but I don't think we would go back there, we will try another Sorrento cafe/restaurant next time.

Where to eat Australian food in Rye: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We used to drive to Dromana for their pizzas . So glad they are in Rye now ! Just enjoying one now with my husband . Best pizza on the peninsula by far !
We ordered takeaway for first time from this place, Two pieces of grilled flake, chips , homemade potato cakes and we inquired about tigger prawns (at $2.50 each ) she indicated approx size and said âyou could have them battered or grilled.â We said âletâs treat ourselves weâll have four pleaseâGot to our holiday house and was shocked when we open our fishy affair parcelThe so called âTiger Prawns â were the size of ten cent piece. We kept looking for the others, my partner said âNO, they arenât the tiger prawns, there so tinyâ I am not kidding youâd get bigger ones in a prawn cocktail The flake was so thin you could see the bottom of the plate through it and we paid $37 for this takeaway dinnerI rang up today a spoke to a nice lady and explained our experience and she said âOh the prawns shouldâve been bigger than thatâ. She was happy to reimburse us the $10 and we were impressed by her great costumer serviceShe asked us to pop in to collect it, only to be met by an aggressive bully. He asked us âwhat our problem wasâ and boy did he get of his pram, giving it large shouting âThats what we get given blarr blarrâIt was a horrible display of outrageous behavior, as he shoved $10 in our hand and ushered us out the door, still shouting âWe are famous for our flakeâUs thinking âNot anymore your not! âPity you prawns werenât the size of your appalling attitude. Advise: Leave costumer relation to the nice lady and this bad review would have been a supporting positive one

At popular Italian restaurant SiSCo, youâll find the flavours as big as the welcome - from the pizzas that fly out of our oven every night, to favourite classic dishes, and our specials board that changes weekly to showcase each season's local produce. We
Ate here while on holiday on the Mornington Peninsula. I had an entree sized lasagne, which was a very generous serve and came with a green salad and a small slice of garlic pizza. food was delicious and was served quickly. Wine list was good. Highly recommended.
