Pretty good pizza delivered hot and quickly. Their shawarma's are very good as well. I even had butter chicken 1 time and it was good.

I recently received a flyer in the mail for Paoletti Pizza and ordered two pizzas for supper on April 18th 2016. I ordered a Meat Lover's and a BBQ Chicken pizza. I asked for a thicker crust than normal, and did in fact receive a thicker crust on both pizzas. Of note, I've ordered previously from the "Big 3" in Rockland and was definitely interested to compare Paoletti Pizza to the "Big 3". The previously mentioned "Big 3" in Rockland range from good to above average, with a standing offer of "Buy one pizza and get the 2nd at 50% off". The only night this special is offered at Paoletti Pizza is Monday night. As I expressed to the owners, I wasn't concerned with the price or the special, I just wanted excellent pizza. From the moment you pick the pizza boxes up, you can tell there's a distinct difference in the weight of the box. The ingredients are premium, the slabs (slices) thicker than most pizzas I've tried; the cheese is in abundance and the flavour profile is definitely addictive. For the first time since I ordered pizza in Rockland, I finally had a crust that was cooked perfectly. Don't be deterred by the slightly higher price and the lack of a daily discount. The modest price increase is easily justified when you bite into the slabs of pizza. More often than not we rely on coupons to steer our taste buds, in this case I hope you make an exception and give Paoletti Pizza a try. If you're a fan of garlic, I insist you try the homemade garlic dipping sauce.

Was visiting my daughter and we decided to order in, had several places to choose from but my daughter said this was the one. They had already made an impression on her. Pizza was very tasty, lots of cheese, good crust and delivered very quickly by a 'friendly' driver (what else would you expect LOL). Wings were also very good. Would for sure order again

Our pick-up order was an extra large BBQ Pizza without the ground beef, our choice of dough, sauce, cheese. The edge was stuffed with "ST Albert" curds. Their Menu is the the most detailed, with the most number of choices we have ever seen for a pizzeria. The staff is charming, the owner polite and pleasant and accommodating. The cook has over 10 years experience with this pizzeria. I would recommend this place for picking-up a pizza. It was our first experience at this place, and it was a good experience.

Living in the Rockland area most restaurants offer the same menus. Spartas offers your taste buds something different and delicious. My favourite is the chicken souvlaki which comes with 1 skewer on a bed of rice, greek potato and Greek salad. I can never finish it all. Iâve also tried their baklava which is excellent

Went to this place on a hunch. Having gone past it a few times and the aroma of pizza wafts in the air. Being the newest place in town I noticed a good crowd of people in line and waiting for their pizza to roll off the conveyor. Yes people you got an open kitchen. You can see your dough being tossed then sauced then the cheese. The signature pizzas are the best. Excellent operation. The guy running this place is on the front line very nice guy. The hipsters flock to this place. The yuppies the working people even the lobsterman come here. I hope he stays here a real long time because Rockland has been dying for a decent locally made pizza. Pizza Hut and Dominoes are gonna feel the pinch.
