We celebrated my birthday here with some friends and had a lovely meal. The presentation was surprisingly good and the individual quality very good.We had 2 x avocado and prawn salads, 1 seafood and 1 Greek salad. (the Greek salad was not great).Mains were a rare rib eye for me with shallot sauce, a beef and duck brochette, a duck breast (that was particularly good) and Spaghetti Carbonara. All were nicely cooked.With sparkling wine (Salaza Crement), a bottle of simple Chardonnay and a bottle of local red the whole bill including coffees and desserts was 168 â¬. Good value and very friendly service from the gentleman serving.

With most places in Quillan closed on a Tuesday night we visited L'entracte. The five of us enjoyed freshly made pizzas with very friendly service from the owners who made us very welcome. The pizza bases were delicious!!! We all left very well fed and with a very reasonable bill. Would recommend!!!

A cafe we often visit when out cycling, mainly. No frills, just basic food. A generously portioned sandwich at a fair price makes good fair. Just a good local cafe.
