My family and parents (8 in party) went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Not crowded at all. We placed our order, the waitress was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. 4 ordered pizzas and 4 ordered entrees. We got calamari for our appetizer which was delicious and not rubbery. The sauce is REALLY spicy, but good. When another lady, not our waitress, brought out the calamari, I asked for more bread, and after she went to get it, my two daughters said she rolled her eyes at me after I asked. Weird. The 4 entrees came out first, and then about 10 minutes later each pizza came out about 5 minutes apart. We had started to eat our entrees since it was taking so long and because we were by the front door and the cold 30degree air was cooling down our food. My husband was the last to get his pizza (almost 20 minutes after we got our entrees) after almost everyone was done eating their food. The waitress apologized, but gave no reason for why it took so long. The food was just ok, and not good enough to come back.

Locally owned and operated place with friendly people who will take great care of you. Nightly buffet. I have been going to this place for 30+ years. You won't find a better place for GREAT pizza! Jim has been making great pizza in McKinney for decades. You don't want to miss out on this one.

I work in Farmersville and eat at Venecia for lunch at least once a week. Everything is hot, fresh, and delicious - from Italian favorites like chicken parmigiana, lasagna, pizza, and stromboli, to house specialties like angel hair basilica and chicken piccata, I have yet to try anything I didn't love. And their entrée salads are amazing with the best grilled chicken around. Plus, the prices are very reasonable and the service spectacular. Do I sound like a paid reviewer? Nope, just a very well-fed local. Venecia is worth a trip to Farmersville from anywhere in North Texas.

Mellow Mushroom should be renamed "Mellow and Outstanding Mushroom". The selection of pizzas alone is worth the trip. Very laid back but also very professional. It's a fun experience all around. Lot's of nice beer selections as well as wine and cocktails. Family friendly and priced just right. Servers are friendly, helpful and know the menu very well. Ask for suggestions.Thank you so much, Steven! This is what we love to hear! Hope to see you again at Mellow very soon!

Had lunch at Cadilla Pizza after hearing a recommendation from the LYS. My friend and I both ordered the Lunch Special - 9" pizza and half salad. The Sedona salad with chicken and my pizza were delicious. My friend and I both agree we will be going back again. She is not even a pizza fan, but she ate her whole pizza and ordered a Sedona salad to take home. If you are in downtown McKinney you should try it.
I will never order another pizza from this place!!!The pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor and placed back in the box.I didnt know dust was a topping!
