We were on highway and have used trip advisor and other apps to find local gems when hungry. This was not one of them. Pizza burnt and greasy. Poor attempt at brick oven with dough and sauce that lacked any flavor. Princeton seems like a nice town but needs better pizza options!

I ate here mostly because it was right next door to the Festival 56 theatre, where I was seeing a play. It turned out to be a very pleasant place for dinner. I had lasagna and a nice salad. Both were excellent. The lasagna came with bread sticks, which were kind of strange. They were literally swimming in congealed butter. That made them greasy and unappetizing--definitely the worst part of the meal. Service was good, and the food appeared to be prepared fresh to order. I would come here again,

It looks brand new. Clean and crisp with bright, cheerful servers. The Wing Street menu gives PH a full menu of options. Service was fast which helps the traveler. If you are not real hungry just get the eight inch chocolate chip cookie. It is worth the one mile drive from the Interstate.
