We were very pleased that a restaurant in such a small town was savvy enough to have gluten-free pizza crusts available. While the atmosphere is a bit âchain-plainâ, the pizzas were tasty and served hot. There is a good selection of pies here and the two that we tasted were quite good. They seemed to be doing a bustling take-out business too; not all that surprising given no adjacent competition and very few pizza parlors.

We walked in to order, selection was great, prices good, then went for other errands, came back in 45 minutes to pick up! Pizza was delicious! Highly recommend this pizza shop!

What a delightful 'chill' cafe. We were visiting from Vancouver, B.C., Canada and wanted a light supper. One pizza was ideal for two people. The chef at Hillsbottom Pie has certainly mastered the art of pizza making. It was one of the most memorable pizzas we have ever eaten. We decided to go for one of their legendary pies for dessert. We chose the cherry pie, as it was the only one left. These popular pies sell out! What a special treat it was, butter crust and all. You have the winning formula, along with many other meal choices on the menu. We will definitely return.

We popped in here while waiting for the ferry back to Whidbey Island and it was an excellent choice. The wait staff were cheerful and fast, the pizza selection was enormous and best of all was the size selection. Rather than the standard S / M / L they also had a mini size which, in my view, was ample for a normal dinner. The crust was crisp and the topping were tasty and fresh.
