We often pick up a 'hot & ready' pizza when on the road.......this week we saw a man walking and he was carrying two 'hot & ready' pizza's. Not knowing where the location was, we drove a few blocks and found it. That's the good part. We pulled up to the drive thru ordering site and our order was taken immediately, and then they forgot about us. At the pick up window we paid, then waited, waited, and waited some more........so we were thinking, 'it'll be good and fresh'........not so, after a 5 minute wait the girl returns to the window with the pizza, barely warm. I think there was some sauce on the crust, but not sure, if there was, it was hiding. This was by far the worst service and worst pizza we have ever had from Little Caesar's. Skip this location.
Dear, Guests. We're seasonally closed. We're scheduled to reopen at the beginning of May 2020. Thank you!
Went camping at Sherkston Shores memorial day weekend. Attempted to try this place twice. Saturday, a friend and I walked in to order lunch around 1pm. The place was pretty much vacant. the servers asked if they could seat us. We said we wanted to order to go. We walk to the back of the restaurant where they apparently place to go food. Honestly, the one server was training someone, but even he didn't know then menu. We were trying to order kids meals for our kids. the menu clearly states main dish, side, dessert and fun pack. The server acted as if he had no idea what we were talking about. Any way, he says 40 minutes until everything is finished. My brother in law found us in the nearby arcade spending time until the food came. He had placed his order at the bar and had his food in 15 minutes. We go back at 40 minutes. There is no one on sight to ask. My friend finds someone who appears to be a manager and he goes to the kitchen to grab the food. in the meantime, I am waiting by the takeout area. A guy walks in to place an order for his family. Again no one acknowledged him. He then used his cell to call the restaurant. We hear the phone ringing and no one answers. He waits and waits. the manager eventually brings our order but doesn't include the dessert or fun packs. He ends up not knowing what a fun pack is even though the menu says it, and finds some cookies for the dessert (kids love their cookies). In the meantime the other guy is calling again even though he is standing in line. The manager ignores the phone, and there are other employees milling about. finally we say forget the fun packs we are leaving and it's ok. He then finally answers the guys call and starts to wait on the other families now in line.Sunday was beautiful and we spent the day at the pool. We went in to eat lunch after we dried off at about 1:30. There are about 10 employees (seriously) talking in a circle next to the hostess stand. One person is great, very friendly and seats us right away. The hostess seats us about 4ft from the stand up on a higher seating area. We sit there for 10 minutes. a guy is finishing his meal at the table near us. the waiter cashed him out and then walked by our table. At 15 minutes, no one has even taken our drink order. We get up to leave. All 10 people stare at us like we are the crazy ones for leaving. they were standing there 4ft from us, talking about personal things, and not a one waited on us. They just say "are you leaving " and my husband says we changed our minds. Not sure if this is Canadian culture, if so, I apologize. We expected drink orders to be taken in the first few minutes and by 15 minutes, we had the menu memorized. Sorry, but this is not a good place to eat. Go to the cafe or the deli in the store. Save some aggravation.Hi, Tammra, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We take feedback very seriously. Please share the details at https://bostonpizza.com/contact-us.html Thank you!

Gross disgusting pizza that wSnt fully cooked. Greasy toppings were unidentifiable and tasteless. This wasnât a one time thing same as the last time. Really to the owners you need to read these comments and fix your product it sucks. I will never again return.
I saw one negative reply on here which holds no merit at all. Must have come from the same person who was not awarded the contract. This Subway meets all the high profile Subway standards that is seen throughout the world. The ownership of this Subway and the other two Subway's in Port Colborne are deeply involved with the community and are helpful not only to our group, but to many other group in the city. Having an international brand like Subway in the Vale Health and Wellness Centre only takes a first class facility to a higher level.
Heard from word of mouth that they have great panzarottiâs here. Well I ordered one tonight and it was just that...GREAT. It was super big, crust was crispy and light, sauce was amazing and everything was cut up just right with the right amount of stuffing. One of the best panzarottiâs I have had in a long time and the price was good too. I will be going back for their food again. Cute atmosphere.

Actually, I give this zero stars....FOR REALWhat is up with terrible food in Port Colborne????? Is it complacency because of so few choices. Wake up people. This was my 1st pizza ( and last) from this establishment. I went with the specialty vegetarian. The dough was too doughy to the point of soggy. The sauce was not homemade and there was not one fresh vegetables on the pizza. COME ON!!!!! How hard is it to get a tomato to slice up, a sweet red pepper and some mushrooms. This is disgusting! Olives, I can understand from a jar. All the other products were as far from fresh and healthy as you can get. SHAME ON YOU for actually charging people. Frozen pizza is a better option
Where to eat Canadian food in Port Colborne: The Best Restaurants and Bars
The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly, but very skimpy on the meat and veggies. Asking for a few extra tomatoes took a lot of energy. There is a tripping hazard at the door, and very hard for wheel chairs to enter.

Delicious pizza and the friendliest staff. We go here all the time with our little guy. It's hands-down our favourite pizza place. They have a good selection of their own different pizzas or you can of course build your own. Some decent local beers on tap as well. Go there! Nowwwwwwww!!!

New neighbours, who have become good friends suggested we should go to The Belmont in Port Colborne. A little hesitant at first, but once we arrived, the evening morphed into a great experience. Our waitress Julia is certainly one of the better servers I have encountered. Her wit and patience was admirable. Great pizza and wing combos. Inexpensive, yet prepared very well and extremely tasty. Thanks to Julia, for recommending the roasted garlic and pepper dry rub on the wings. Excellent beer choices. The menu is extensive and we are looking forward to our next trip to try some of he other great looking items on the menu. Suggest a reservation so you don't get disappointed. Great place!!!
