Tons of choices for pizza slices- menu food is delish- always has great specials. Only slight downside is the place is long and narrow- on the weekends when they have the musicians- you really cannot plan on eating and have conversation with whoever you are with unless you get the last few tables in the front end by the windows. The food is so great- that you may not even want to talk!

Not a lot of (strictly) kosher options when I travel on business to Melville. I usually buy boxed deli lunches at the Kosher Food Emporium. Needed some variety on a longer stay and didn't have time to deal with grocery shopping and preparing my own food. Ate here twice. Had a very good experience overall. Pizza was above-average, tuna-wrap was generous in size, soup was tasty. Price was reasonable. Nothing fancy here - just typical "kosher pizza place" decor and atmosphere. OK for a family meal or (as in my case) to get a not-super-healthy but very convenient and better-than-expected-quality food.

Owners & staff are friendly. Large selection of gourmet pizzas(Thumbs up for the veggie & grandma) & traditional Italian dishes. The pepperoni chips are my favorite, especially when you dip them in th famous delicious Raimoâs sauce. Always leave room for the Gelato, Italian Ice, Cannoli or Cappuccino âï¸.

Mario's is a great local restaurant. Very casual, with friendly and helpful staff. Their heroes are wonderful, as is their Parmesans, we love the eggplant or the chicken Parmesan. I also especially love the way they do their mussels in red sauce. Make sure you go to the restaurante, as there is also their pizzeria two blocks away.
I lived my entire adult life on Long Island until earlier this year..... so I consider myself a "local".... I did a take out order from Bella Vista since it was close to relatives in the area. BOY!!! what a sticker shock.... Over $16 for a standard large PLAIN cheese pie. Pizza was good/ok... but won't be back... They have their hooks into this neighborhood -- and are taking advantage.... I can't wait till another Pizzeria Opens with a $10 or $12 Special and Steals all their business. I also ordered a dozen Garlic Knots... they were TINY... and also sooo expensive... They were little bite size nugget pieces... not 2-3 bites that most places serve. Over All very disappointed and WON'T be back!

Average at best but a great take out pizza place if you can deal with the super aggressive drivers in shopping center's parking lot. I was disappointed when going to the men's room after the meal to wash hands only to find paper towel dispenser empty and room not tended to. This was at 6:00pm when place wasn't even that busy. Pizza was ok at best...

Mario's offers a lovely little restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. The owner/manager was present and obviously takes great pride in his restaurant. Come hungry--the portions are huge! We found the food authentically Italian and delicious! The prices were very reasonable for Long Island. We went on a Saturday and the place was full, but the wait short. We highly recommend!

Although I only went for pizza, the restaurant has much more to offer. It is a small, traditional pizzaria in a strip mall, but their innovations in pizza inclue BBQ and Jack Daniels slices, along with a great variet of other takes on "grandma" and chicken wings. My acid test is always the crust, which I gound to be good but not great and too easily burnt in the oven reheat.

They deliver and ordered a pizza pie, pasta primavera and the Mediterranean salad. Be sure to ask them not to burn the bottom of your pizza if you donât like it black on the bottom. The pasta primavera was delicious and plentiful. The salad was lacking ingredients and fell short.
