Just a quick stop for a drink before Clemson night football game. As you might expect it was PACKED............Bartenders were hurrying around and somehow got to serve everyone. I'm no student anymore but if I was man would I love this place. Kids having a great time in the open air bar patio with music going. What a vibe Can't tell you anything about the food but if you are in Clemson go for a pregame beer or drink and enjoy

The customers service contact at the restaurant was pleasant and efficient. She told me my pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called the restaurant after an hour in an attempt to find out what happened to the delivery. She said she would call the driver because he had never been here before. He arrived one hour and 10 minutes after I placed the order. Our front porch was roped off because our painters had just finished staining the porch decking one hour earlier. The driver lifted the rope, ducked under it and strolled up to the door. When I asked him why he walked up on a porch that was roped off, and obviously just stained, he gave me that "duh, I haven't got a clue look," stating that he was sorry. Had he damaged the porch, Domino's would be out a little over $500. The pizza had only one topping (beef) and there was 5-8 itty bitty chunks on each piece, less than 1/2 of the usual amount. The pizza had to be microwaved to warm it to eat. I like Dominos Pizzas, but this was unbelievable! They charged a mark up for delivery. With that in mind along with the poor quality of the pizza, the problem with the delivery time, and the delivery person's ignorance, I had a hard time contemplating a tip. The driver told me he was late because he got stuck in traffic. WHAT??? After you turn out of their lot, there is two traffic lights and then two turns and they are at our house. I'm just sitting here in disbelief. I have never had a problem with this restaurant when I have driven to the restaurant and picked up my own order.

Average isn't bad and doesn't mean you shouldn't go. If you love pizza and don't mind overpaying a bit or are a fan of Mellow Mushroom, then you should go.We had a group of 4 and were seated right away. Service was good. They do have a variety of non-pizza choices which is good as I'm not a big pizza fan. However, they did not have fresh avocado on hand which was a big part the sandwich I chose. I like this space way better than the old house on on Greenville Hwy so from that standpoint, it's a big improvement. Thanks for taking the time to provide us with feed back. We hope you will dine with us again and try some of our awesome options that are not pizza. Stay mellow :)

During a recent visit to neighboring Greenville, we decided to drive over to Clemson to check out the Botanical Gardens (separate review). As it turned out, we chose an *interesting* day to visit--game day of the National Championship! Although played in California, game day was expected to draw 15,000 or more Clemson fans to the downtown--which is where Todaro Pizza is located. Fortunately, we arrived in time for an early lunch, before the festivities began. The NY style pizza selection was great--my husband, normally not a huge pizza fan, tried and finished four different slices off the reasonably-priced lunch buffet. My daughter, a light eater, loved the generous single slice of pepperoni with banana peppers that she ordered off the menu. Meanwhile, I tried the garlic knots, which were lightly buttered and sprinkled with Parmesan. The price ($2.00 for six knots) was beyond reasonable. The cost for three adults (including two sodas) was under $20. Amazing...especially given how tasty everything was.If we lived in Clemson (or even in the foodie capital of Greenville), we'd be regulars at Todaro Pizza. The friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a great selection of NY style pizza (either by the slice or on the lunch buffet) are an unbeatable combination. So glad we tried Todaro's. Best lunch of our three-day trip to SC.

..is like herding rabid cats. Ok, that was yucky. I've eaten lots of pizza. Pizza Hut was my go-to in Clemson until Halloween night when it was delivered 2.5 hours after ordered and just plain nasty. Pepino's was a favorite that closed and Columbo's is an old favorite. Had the stuffed Chicago style meat lovers this week and it was filling and delicious. I'd have liked a few more veggies on it but all in all a good pizza. Now we are not talking "haute couture pizza" here but regular good college town pizza. There are about 3 places I haven't tried but this pizza will hold itself up against anything in town. We ordered a medium takeout and 3 of us were stuffed.

Rickâs is a fairly small pizza joint in a converted bank building on Rte 76 in Pendleton. They serve a variety of pizzas, red and white, as well as Stromboli, etc. Their pizzas and salads are consistently good. The service has always been cheerful and prompt. Like most local restaurants, it gets busy on football weekends, but the take-out option solves the problem weâll for us.

We are a family owned wood fired pizzeria that cares about the quality of our food and the happiness of our customers. Part of the charm of our restaurant is the mix of a family friendly atmosphere and a sports bar. Rick's decor is definitely Clemson Tige
We ordered a traditional crust veggie pizza for carry out. The pizza was hot and delicious with generous topping portions. The staff was warm and friendly on the phone and during pickup. The building in which Rickâs is located, was previously a bank. The convenience of a pickup window makes the carry out process even more convenient!
