Didn't care for the crust at it was VERY crisp. (reminded me of Shingle Bread) The amount of topping on the House Special was great and flavors combined well. Could have used more cheese. This is a fairly large place with a large back room. Good service!

Best value and pizza in town! Everything we order is great! The dining room has recently been updated with 2 flatscreens, something the basketball fans really enjoyed the night we were there.

Food was good, but restaurant could not seem to keep up with demands from crowd - not packed by any means. Our group had reservation so they knew we were coming. Probably about 100 people in restaurant when we were there. From size and tables, should have been able to accommodate at least twice that number. Kept running out of fried chicken, one of their features.

I've been eating Happy Joe's pizza ever since I was little and we would visit family in southeast Iowa. Pella's location is always very clean & the pizza is great! Everyone loves the taco, but my favorite is the Canadian bacon. It's a definite must stop for us every time we drive through Pella.
