Was a customer since they first opened in Brooklyn, WI in 2002. No longer. Our Pizza was delivered with the wrong toppings that I cannot eat. I called them to talk about it. The woman who answered said,"I don't know why he would put that on since your ticket says to leave it off. Are you sure? What does it look like?" I described what the topping looked like and let her know it is something that I cannot eat (food allergies). Like most people with food allergies, we are very good at recognizing things that can kill us. ;-) Since it was now 7:30 PM and I could not wait another hour to eat, I suggested a credit. I was informed they don't give credit only do exchanges. Fine with me if they were Ok with 3/4 of a pizza because my husband (who does NOT have food allergies) had already eaten a couple pieces. Then I was accused of trying to cheat them. I even tried to talk with the owner, Kathy, about it. She did NOT listen but talked over me and did NOT get it. I like to support local businesses so we usually alternate between Maria's pizza and here. I have known John, who owns Maria's for 30 years. Many times pizzas had problems, he replaced them no questions asked. I was NEVER accused of trying to cheat him. Ironically La Rocca's owner, Kathy, said she also knows the owner of Maria's pizza, John, personally and that "he is not a people person". I said that may be true but he had NEVER accused me of trying to cheat him because Maria's messed up the pizza order. My integrity is worth more than a $18 pizza.

Seems like a Sunday night favorite for supper these days. I call and they deliver and it is very hot and tasty. Always some good coupons too!
3. Pizza Hut

The online app allowed us to order exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not make the pizza that we ordered. Toppings were correct, as was the size. If you're going to offer crust added flavor options, perhaps you should actually put them on the pizza.
