We were here for a private party. The 3rd floor can accommodate a large group with room for dancing. There is also a full service bar. Food is ordered and served on this level as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back!
This is a great little pizza shop. They typically send coupons out in the mail as well. We like their salads, pepperoni pizza, and their blt pizza. Their blt is different from other places because they have more lettuce and no top crust. We really like their version of it! They do have a pick up window which is nice as well.

Some friends of mine were at the roller ring in Newark when we decided to have a pizza delivered to us. 45 minutes after ordering, the delivery man called me back and asked to clarify the address. After doing so I told him that we were in the roller rink and that reassured him that he knew where he was going. After one hour and no sign of pizza, I called Debra's pizza and asked what happened. The women on the phone very rudely told me that they had sold my pizza to someone else. There is no other roller rink in Newark?? I will never be able to know how good their pizza was because of this horrendous servis. I would NEVER recommend ordering delivery from this place.

The owner Dan Vaia is personable and he and his staff make great pizza. For over 20 years Dan's offers a bacon-lettuce-tomato (BLT) pizza. There are two crusts with a delicious middle. Customers re-visit his restaurant to buy this and other great pizza. Other pizza shops open nearby with two-for-one deals just because the traffic his restaurant draws.Inside there is a full-service restaurant in addition to the carry-out pizza. As corny as it is he has a fried bologna sandwich! It is a slice of the Newark area if ever there is one. Lots of locals hang out here during lunch and dinner. When we return to Newark to visit we make a visit to see Dan and enjoy his great BLT pizza.

Great pizza and other things like Stromboli and sandwiches. Try the hand tossed crust. Ot comes SLICES like a pie--the old fashioned way--so you can fold it and eat it.
For many years Don & Sueâs Pizza was one of my favorite pizza shops in the county, and the original pizza shop was passed down from father to son, and it continued to produce very good pizza until about two years ago. Iâm not sure if they changed supply vendors or what happened, but the flavor and quality went downhill quickly, and about a year ago they went out of business. About a month ago it was reopened under new owners. Last weekend I attempted order a pizza by phone, and the girl who answered asked me if I could hold, and I said yes, and she laid the phone on the counter as she attended to an in-house customer⦠I waited for nearly 5-minutes and I finally gave up. Last night I decided to visit the shop in person and dine in. The facility had been remodeled, and they have added a 10 to 12 seat bar, which serves a variety of 12 draught beers, bottled beer, and wine coolers⦠the previous owners offered no alcohol sales. I ordered my pizza at the counter and then sat at the bar. The bar had no full-time bartender, and you had to rely upon the pizza makers to notice you at the bar, and they would come to serve you. The pizza took about 20 minutes. The flavor was good and was similar to the original âgoodâ Don & Sueâs pizzas, although this recipe was very salty, but still a very good pizza. Parking at the shop is a nightmare, and with the addition of the bar, Iâm sure more people will eating in rather that carry-out, which will make the parking even worse. I talked to the owner and he is considering opening another shop for delivery only.

Plaza and Park pizza are probably my favorite pizzas in the Newark/Heath area. The sweet sauce, thin crust and flavor is amazing for the low price. I normally just get the pep and cheese and it is always satisfying. I chose Park over Plaza because Park lets you pay with credit card and Plaza won't.

We walked in and sat at a table for over 15 min without anyone saying anything to us. The place had only a few tables filled. Waitresses kept walking by us and looking at us. Finally as we were getting up to leave one of the girls said they would be right with us. It was to late for that. As we walked out we asked for the manager and told him what had happened and he just said "sorry about that" and really didn't care. I have ate here several times and had no problem and have wrote great reviews on this restaurant but this was unacceptable especially for the manager to not do anything about it.

Grabbed a quick lunch here while in town on business. Orders are taken at the counter then someone will bring your food to your table. The place was very small....maybe 10 tables at the most. Very busy but that doesn't surprise me after the quality of the food. Big portions for a reasonable price.

This was my first time here and I was very disappointed in the pizza. There is a beautiful stone/brick oven in the restaurant. When I saw that I thought to myself, wow, this should be good. Well we ordered the Margherita Pizza. I specifically asked the waitress if they had fresh basil and garlic and she said yes. It certainly did not have anything fresh on it. Dried up basil? from a shaker. No garlic. Chewy cheese like rubber. The sauce was very bland. If I hadnât been so hungry and with a friend I would have sent it back. Needless to say, I will never order a pizza there again. Especially at $12.99. The frozen pizza from Kroger is 10 times better! On a lighter note, the Greek salad was really good. Also, No fresh lime for beer. Probably wonât go back. Not very handicap friendly. I think there were two small tables close to the oven. Everything else you have to step up to.
