Come for the pizza but not for the atmosphere. The tables are jammed on top of each other and the noise level is incredible. There are a few other items on the menu besides pizza but stick with that and you can't go wrong.
I came with a colleague for a quick meal to avoid rush hour back to Long Island. For a Jersey place, the slices are as good as anywhere in NYC. I will return again when in the area.

Great pizza and pasta. They offer online ordering, which makes to-go orders so easy to make. Always look foward to coming back!

This place has been here for years and has it's loyal fans, but I don't get the attraction. My husband and I went for dinner recently. No one greeted us when we walked in the dining room. We chose a table that was not too near the bucket on the floor to catch the drip from the ceiling. The waitress was in the back chatting with who knows and didn't approach our table for a good 15 minutes. We were just about to leave when she finally brought us some menus. The offerings are standard neighborhood pizza parlor items. Fine to have when you don't want to cook, but nothing to drive any distance for.Probably won't be back since there are so many other choices in the area.

I went here with my daughter, who has celiac disease. They were out of vegan cheese, so she wasn't able to get a pizza. She got garlic bread and French fries. She thoroughly enjoyed her food. I got a slice of regular pizza. It was good, but a little too cheesy for me. I really appreciate the care they take in making it safe for someone withy celiac disease. It really does take a lot of thought and care to provide a safe haven, especially when there is regular wheat flour being used. Also, they do care about what they put in their food, and where the ingredients are sourced. The only aspect I think could be improved in this place is the woman whom I believe is one of the owners. I actually don't think she realizes it, but she comes off very abrasive. We drove about 25 minutes just to get some pizza here, and shortly after walking in, I felt like she didn't want to serve us. I think she was in a bad mood, and we could hear her complaining and cursing behind the counter. About half way through eating, she came over and suddenly became very pleasant, chatting with us, asking how our food was. I think she just needs some skills with how she relates to customers. My daughter did not get sick, and that's a huge plus! I think we'll go back again some time.

Sopranos Pizzeria is our fall-back for when we need dinner as a family. Its quick and convenient and consistently good. Nice variety of pizza, awesome garlic rolls, great calzones and a full menu to choose from. Small seating area where singles, couples or a family feels welcome. Also great for take out or catering. A friendly owner and staff make it homey.

La Toscana is primarily a take out pizzeria with a small dining room. Family owned and operated it serves very good pizza and decent Italian dishes. Weâve generally focused on pizza, both there and delivered but have tried several entrees which were good. BYO, limited on site parking and friendly service.

While I think their pizza is just OK, everything else I've ever eaten here was delicious. They have garlic knot sliders that are super delicious and would go back just for them. We've also had them cater a few get-togethers and everyone has always raved about the food.

I had a chicken with lemon and wine with fresh vegetables, which was very good. I had a cannoli for dessert that was freshly filled and served with whipped cream. The food is always consistent and service wonderful.

There are many reasons they have been in business so long, but the main one is the high level of quality that goes into everything from the locally sourced ingredients to the helpful, friendly staff, the frequent menu upgrades and modern dining room and comfortable old school Italian restaurant experience that is becoming more difficult to find these days with all the corporate chains doing cheap knockoffs of traditional, family owned high quality local establishments like Roman's. So skip the chains and go right to the source.
