Things to do in Napoleon
5 based on 45 reviews
This place has always had the best pizza in Napoleon. I would have given 5 stars but they use canned mushrooms vs fresh, and the pepperoni is put on top of the cheese which when baked tasted a bit overcooked. The good news is if you ask for fresh mushrooms or to have the pepperoni put under the cheese they will be happy to oblige.
Pizza is good, and they have good salads. Service is good and is the only place in town that delivers as far out as we live. Makes it a good thing we like their pizza/menu.
Friendly staff and very good pizza. We had the specialty with Italian sausage and pepperoni and veggies can't remember the name of it but it was very good. Greek salad was average but the pizza I'd go back for over and over. Plus the staff gave us extra plates, napkins and plastic ware and addition to a smaller to go box to put in our hotel refrigerator.
This restaurant recently opened in Napoleon and we have been regular customers (about 3-4 times per month). We have been very satisfied ith the product and service each time. Until today. On January 15, 2015, I stopped at about 5:45 p.m. There was one car in front of the building and nobody in the drive-through. Choosing the drive-through, I was told by the young lady it would be ten minutes. I paid and told her I would wait out front. Several cars came through the drive-through as well as parked out front. After fifteen minutes, I saw a gentleman leave with a deep dish pizza, which is what I had ordered. Going inside, the same young lady asked if she could help me. I told her that I was the guy in the drive-through and wondered where my pizza was especially since other people were walking out with that style of pizza. Her exact words were, "I forgot. It will be ten minutes. I'm sorry." Obviously, she had sold the last deep dish pizza. I told her that when the ten minutes was up for my pizza that I was parked out front. After fifteen minutes (several cars had come and gone) I went back in and the same young lady told me that it would just be a couple more minutes, that it was just coming out of the oven. After five minutes, the young lady gave me my pizza and indicated she was "really, really really sorry." I told her I was not happy and left. The instances I have encountered lately with poor delivery of product or service have always tried to make up for the mishap and have kept my loyalty as a customer. With a total of forty-five minutes wait and "I forgot" this business has lost my patronage and I will be telling others.
Just a place to go for pizza...nothing special...the pizza's ok but nothing to write home about.
