Firehouse is in a great downtown location in Morton. Atmosphere is run, typical small town pizza restaurant which is cross between very casual and hole in the wall. Very open and a nice amount of seating. Service is good and the girls working there are very nice, and keep the drinks full. Pizza and food is average at best. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The place was full, so I am guessing some rate the food higher than I do. In the summer time when Dairy queen is open, you can cross the street for dessert.
Not the worst pizza, but you better have a strong jaw.Ordered large Imperial.Toppings were fine and covered pizza well, however, the crust was like chewing on the foam rubber on the bottom of a shoe and the mushrooms were very chewy as well. My wife loves it but it probably has something to do with her morton childhood memories..

Bought the sieze the deal . Informed when ordering that I must go over the $25 or I lose the balance ( no rolling credit), plus the $25 had to be food, plus tax. Pizza was good, bread sticks great, fries great, burger not good at all. Quiet, clean place, recent relocation to the building. They are up by Casey's now on Detroit.

Monical's makes the absolute best pizza in all of Illinois. Unfortunately there is not one in or near my hometown, so whenever I get a chance to eat at one, I am there. The Morton location is just as good as all the rest!! In town for work this week and might just have to go back again before I depart.

Nice reasonably priced buffet with a focus on pizza. You can order your own favorite as you pay and it is brought to your table when ready with the rest going on the buffet for others to enjoy! Great fried chicken, several varieties of potatoes, vegetables and a salad bar make for a great meal! The dessert pizzas are awesome with soft serve ice cream for topping,We were there on a Friday, come early as it gets very busy after 5!
