Went here last night with our Son and his girlfriend and really enjoyed our meals. Must make reservations. Saturday night and place was packed and turning people away. Arancini and Clams Oreganata were very good. Chicken Sorrentino was delicious and I substituted potatoes a d vegetables for pasta Bolognese amazing. Others enjoyed Raviole Pertuso, Parpadeli and Pasta Mandara. BYOB is the best. Must try.

Kinchley's Tavern located in Ramsey NJ offers Italian food & pizza in a casual, family setting. Come see why we were voted "Best Pizza in the Tri-State"
I've been going to Kinchley's Tavern for decades. If you are a connoisseur of thin crust pizza then this is the perfect place for you. The crust is almost like a crispy cracker with an awesome crunch. The toppings are always fresh, in particular, the pepperoni is outstanding. The service is Jersey so you better move in and out quickly and have your cash ready, especially on a weekend when the line is to the door. Also, if you plan to eat in on a weekend, get there early, it fills up fast.Order a pie per person since you will seriously eat one on your own! Finally, bring cash, no credit cards accepted. It's been a pleasure treating you to a wonderful experience for so many years. Our savory thin crust pizza will always be here for you to indulge in and satisfy all those pepperoni cravings. We've always recommended multiple pies so you can try many flavors and have lots of leftovers if you choose! We look forward to seeing you back our way soon.Until next time,The Kinchley's Kares Team

From one of the lesser-known pizzerias in Rockland County, a slice from Martio's has the flavor one would expect, and it doesn't disappoint.

This place has the best pizza, hands down, anywhere outside of NYC. I also had a chicken and pasta dish that was out of this world good! Forgot the name, but it was chicken breast, mushrooms, roasted peppers over angel hair. Absolutely OFF THE HOOK!!! Fresh and hot!!! Go and give it a try, you won't regret it!
Sbarro is located in the Montvale Travel Plaza. It is bright and clean and has a choice of various fast foods. We chose Sbarro over the usual fried and fatty fast foods in the food court. We had 2 types of pizza, sausage pepperoni and mushroom, which were quite good and seemed to be reasonably fresh. They also had some pasta dishes, salads and sweets. It certainly isn't like a high end Italian restaurant but was OK for a quick bite on the road.
I'm not saying that the pizza is bad, in fact, it is very tasty, but there are just two other options that I would choose before Marc's. Recently I tried Marc's again and my original opinion stands. It's certainly fast and priced well, and nothing can beat it's location for the students at PRHS. Overall, a good place.

We had a great Italian Hero and Eggplant Parm platter for lunch on my first visit. They bring the food to the table and clean up as well - nice tough for a pizza place.Good food, fast service and good prices.

We were staying nearby and ate here twice. Our orders included a pizza and wings and two salads.Everything was as expected. The pizza was pretty good I thought. Wings were average. The salads were salads. Garlic knots were very good. The prices were reasonable (much more so than the hotel restaurant we were staying in).If for some reason I ever visit Montvale again, Iâll eat a pizza from Philâs.
This place was recommended by the hotel staff as a place they eat when they want good pizza. Figured why not. Drove to the place to see the menu and order. Ordered a half pep and half buffalo chicken pizza. They have a couple of interesting toppings, but tried this one. While I was waiting I had a garlic twist with sauce. Very good. Not sure how much they are, but they are worth it. Got the pizza with some wings and headed back to the hotel. The pepperoni was very good, just needed some extra sauce on it. The buffalo chicken was good and spicy and was very goot. The wings are fried and the sauce is soaked up by them. Not very messy and very good. I have since gone back to this place again. Got extra sauce on both the chicken and pepperoni and it is very good. Worth stopping in. Wide range of slices avaliable as well.

We met our daughter there with our three grandchildren and had never eaten there before. My wife is gluten free and the menu was clearly marked so she could choose her selection without our waitress helping. The kids had .. you guessed it .. personal pizzas and calamari and grandpa tasted it and they were both flavorful. I tried the meatballs since they seem to be there specialty. Just hope my mother doesnât read this. They were also very good. My wifeAll good ... just not great.
