If youâre passing through or stopping in Florence go to this place! The pizza is fantastic and the service is second to none! All the guys in the shop work really hard and are really great - we visited last year and came back this year and all we could talk about was this pizza man shop! Thank you so much! Pizzeria Nappino was absolutely simple and delicious. The locals love his restaurant, and we loved it too. We were staying at Castello del Trebbio, and their restaurant was being renovated, so our host recommended we go up the hill to Nappino's. We had pizza and penne arrabbiata. The pasta was the spiciest arrabbiata I've ever had. It was absolutely delicious! The pizza was in the top two pizzas we've ever had in the U.S. and Italy. We came back the following night for more penne and more pizza! I miss the food already!

Tranquillità del posto immerso nel verde delle colline ed ospitalità del personale. Carino il locale ed anche il fuori. Tipico il lago adiacente per pesca sportiva. Tutto molto accogliente. Antipasto buono e ricco. Grigliata buona specialmente la tagliata. Pizza non so ma covaccino ottimo. Vino della casa piacevole e buon limoncello. Prezzi non modicissimi ma accettabili. Facile il parcheggio. Ci tornerò presto. Consigliato...

We had spent a day in Florence and had called our agriturismo for suggestions for a restaurant and this was their suggestions. They took all 14 of us. The servers tolerated our lack of Italian and were extremely helpful when it came to making suggestions! We had wonderful pizzas and pasta- possibly our best meal to that date despite our time in Venice!

We were coming back from ordering wines from Frescobaldi and suddenly felt terrible hunger - - - happen´s to me quite often. Luckily we found Bastian and were able to order a decent lunch. Food was really good authentic Italian and prices are more than affordable. Also the service was friendly.This is not a place for top cuisine romantic dinner, but at least our experience was more than satisfying.

We went to The Crazy Train for dinner. We ordered 3 different pizzas- margarita, 4 cheese and a vegetarian pizza. All pizzas tasted great! They are of good size too.The restaurant is loud.Staff are friendly and the pizzas do not cost too much. Thanks for your value! We do pizza with so much love and its great to See , sometimes, that our work is appreciate! Wait for you the next time! Crazy staff

We spent 6 nights in Pontassieve and we spent three of those evenings at Sandrino´s! It was crowded every night and this was in the end of October. They serve very good pizza, pasta and other food as well. The place is familyrun. The son was our waiter every time we were there. He ( and the whole family) is so serviceminded and friendly, and he speeks really good English. We finished off every dinner with a nice Aperol Spritz for the adults and icecream for the children.

This place is about 25 minutes from Florence but worth the driver waiter was extremely friendly and helpful, the setting outside is what eating in this region is all about, the food very good, typical italian cooking simple no fuss without complicated flavours try to fight each other, good wine selection that is reasonably priced. I gave this place a four instead of a five star because I think it is a little on the high side as far food prices go, but I feel I would be drawn back to this place if I was in the area again
