I visited this place twice- at the beginning of my stay and the last night. The first impression of the place was that it was overcroeded and this fact suggested good quality. The impression was changed by beef burger. It was tasteless and rather expensive. House wine could not improve the impression. The second time i ordered pork shin with polenta and sourcrout. I am sorry to say that it produced the same dull impression. So my conclusion says that this place is twice ower-owercrouded and owerpriced but under quality.

I'm going on holiday in Val di Fassa since 30 years. Sas da Rocia is an institution in Soraga and having tried many other restaurants and pizzerias in the valley I can say without doubts that this is good. Pizza is well cocked and ingredients are tasteful. Take away is also quick. Try it

Pernottando all'Hotel Dolomiti, alla sera era piacevole trascorrere qualche oretta in questo locale molto intimo, con musica latino americana e Danny bartender che preparava ottimi cocktail.Grazie ancora

We've been coming here annually during our winter break. We always visit another pizzeria too and then decide which is better that year and go there again. This year La Stella is slightly better than La Stua. Service isn't great, actually really Italian, but the food is good. We never tried pasta here, but we do appreciate the starters, especially the plate with cuts of ham and dried sausages and cheeses (affettato misti e fromaggi), and also insalata caprese. The prices have gone up a bit in the last two years making it not the cheapest place in town.

This is a typical pizzeria. This is what they do and they do it well. We come here annually during our winter break. We always try this and another pizzeria, La Stella, and this year La Stella is slightly better. However in last years, La Stua was usually better. This time pizza was really nice. They have a nice menu with lots of different pizzas with unusual toppings (at least not what we normally get in Holland). They also have local toppings. local pizzas and those are usually very good since the local Speck and Puzzone di Moena cheese are very tasty. The service is okay, what you expect in Italy. Although after all these years they recognise us and are a bit more friendly. We always look forward to eating here, and last years we also try the steak (bistecca fiorentina) on our last evening in town. If you're looking for a good pizza, try this pizzeria, even though it is slightly out of the center (up the hill).

Came with a friend to early for a dinner so we ordered an aperitiv in the bar and got it with no salami or chips with olives as other tables did... for 1/2 hour waited alone for our table in empty restaurant so we decided to leave this unkindly place... before leaving also noticed unpropriate toilets... really nightmare, no chance to go back into this locanda.

This was one of the only restaurants open in the area during the period we've visited. We enjoyed all the food we've ordered. Everything was in large portions. The big mixed salad was really very big and fresh. The pizza was very good. The beef fillet was great, large size and cooked according to everyones request. This restaurant is very recommended.

We've just been to this restaurant in the center of Moena. The food was quite good but the service was disappointing. When we arrived there were only a few guests the place started to get busy after we placed our order. We were a company of 4. We ordered a soup, which I shared with my friend, and 4 pizzas. They brought the soup and 2 pizzas on time but we had to wait one hour to get the rest while everybody else was served in the restaurant. I suppose they forgot to place the rest of our order or they completely forgot about us ( maybe because we were only tourists ordering only pizzas). I got very disappointed because we wanted to enjoy our meal together and not to eat separately with an hour difference. The only thing they could do was to say sorry. I got very annoyed so I cancelled my order for a pizza. The owner was around and they didn't even try to do anything to make things right. They never thought of filling up our glasses with prosecco ( which is only 3 euros for a glass) or offering us a grappa. I have been to many places in the world and as I experienced the least is to offer a drink if not the dishes for gratis which we had to wait for. On top the waitress never brought the change just thanked when we paid. Ok it wasn't a big amount only 3 euros but I was determined not to tip them after I was left hungry. It's not my habit not to leave a tip but in this case I don't think they deserved anything.
