Good stuff. Antipasta platter, stuffed hot peppers (hot in spots, mild in others), Ceasar salad, Granny's Sunday Sauce - nice and meaty, al dente noodles. All good, nothing earth shattering, but solid

So I'm not usually too picky about my pizza. Shoot, it's not much better than frozen pizza except you don't have to cook it.The problem I have though is when you order a pizza, specify what you want on it, and rather than getting the topping, you get nothing.Here's my example from last Tuesday. I ordered online using the Pizza Hut website. Put in my phone number like I always do so in case something goes wrong they can call me. I ordered a simple pizza (in my mind), A medium 2 topping pizza. Topping 1: Chicken; Topping 2: Diced Tomatoes.So when I arrived to pick up my pizza the young lady at the counter said, "Oh sorry we didn't have tomatoes for your pizza. Hope you like your pizza!" Why couldn't they have called me and asked me if I would like to do a different topping? They had my number. Why did they wait for me to get there before telling me they were out of a topping? And then if that wasn't bad enough they charged me for the topping I didn't receive.I'm not one for confrontation and I was already running a bit behind schedule so I didn't bother to talk to a manager. Let's just say I feel like a rough review and the fact I won't be going back there again is enough justice for me.

Middle of the road here. Leaves Little Caesar's and Domino's in the dust. More on par with Pizza Hut and Papa John's although the sandwiches and salads that Marco's offers are greatly appreciated. If I order for delivery or pick up, this is my favorite. For dine in I will choose Mellow Mushroom even though it's way more expensive and quite loud in the restaurant. I've never had an issue with my orders being incorrect or incomplete at Marco's and I've never had a customer service problem. No hassle, no aggravations - that's why I like this place!

Over the years, I think CiCi's has gone downhill. I like the "all-you-can-eat" buffet, but selection is frequently lacking. There have been times the basic pizza types of pepperoni, sausage, or plain cheese aren't available, but more unusual types are over-running the bar. Sometimes management cannot even identify types of pizza on the bar. Money-saving options of getting rid of trays, using only disposable cutlery, paper cups, & requiring customers to clean up their own dishes, trash, & tables are a few other changes not necessarily for the good.

We visited Mellow Mushroom for the first time early last Saturday evening just before the Saturday night rush. The tv sets had football games and other sporting events which I could discreetly watch while enjoying pizza with my wife. Within two minutes of placing our order, I could see our pizza dough being tossed on the air. Our pie was served right out of the oven and was delicious. You can order from a large menu of pizzas, appetizers, salads, hoagies, burgers, and desserts or design your own pie. Beer, wine, and cocktails are available. There is a large friendly staff to ensure prompt service when they are busy.

We visited for dinner and had the worst service weâve ever had in a restaurant. The food was edible, but not that great. It took an extremely long time to get the food when the restaurant was not busy. Part of our order never made it to the table. Haley was the worst waitress/manager Iâve ever encountered. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Itâs that bad.
