Usually always good. Occasionally there is an issue, usually minor...but hey things happen. For the most part I have had no issues and eat there almost once a week!

Was staying at the hotel for a hockey tournament and decided to eat in and order from Domino's. We used the computer to order which was very easy to do and within a few minutes they were knocking on our hotel room door. The food was hot, and very tasty and we were so glad we ordered from there. The delivery man was friendly and courteous. We had an abundance of left overs and would highly recommend ordering from this restaurant.
Have seen many folks commenting around town recently on this new place, so decided to call in a take out order consisting of mostly subs and one dinner. Got a call to confirm some toppings on one of the subs, which was nice. Unfortunately, it looks like whomever called misunderstood the clarification and ended up blowing the order for that one sub. Didn't notice until we got home, so we just had to grin and bear it. A steak bomb sub, mozz sticks, fries and buff chicken dinner were good. No issues with 75% of the order. It's a relatively new place, growing pains I'm sure. Wife had to wait 10 mins past time promised for order. Not because it wasn't ready, it was...But the guy behind the counter was chatting with the delivery guy until he spoke to her and gave her the order sitting on the pizza oven. It was her sub order that was messed up, too. Her view of the place is a little more critical right now. Will give this place another shot, probably not subs is my guess, but maybe we'll try pizza soon.

We decided to try this place as it was close to where my son had practice in Foxboro. It was a rainy Friday and it was a little difficult to park in the lot as there were a lot of cars. Although the restaurant wasn't busy it didn't matter to us. They had a steady stream of take out orders. We ordered one ziti and meatballs and one steak and cheese sub. Both were excellent. Will return here again.

Fast food, friendly service and always busy. My kids' favorite pizza and mozzarella sticks in town. My wife and I swear by the Greek Salad. If you can't find something on the menu you like, you're not looking hard enough.
While staying at a local hotel, I decided to try out the pizza, a small pepperoni pizza that is. Picture attached. Excuse me for the missing piece. It smelled so good I couldnât wait and the anticipation was met with satisfaction. The pizza was very good. You can definitely taste the freshness of the dough which is made fresh daily Iâm told. I didnât have anything else but I will probably do so if I decide to return. Definitely 5 stars for the pizza!

Pasta is the winner here. Salads pretty basic. Rigatoni with sausage and peppers very good, cod with pasta pretty poor, chicken parm okay. Service fantastic, lots of parking, good pricing.Thank you so much - we really appreciate your remarks. I hope you will also try our pizza!

Bertucci's restaurants are firing-up brick ovens from New England to Virginia, each reflecting the distinct character and local charm of its community. Like the original Bertucci's, every kitchen is open, making our brick oven part of the restaurant exper
Lets just say I am a connoisseur of Bertucci's and I have been visiting this chain restaurant for years at various locations. The problem with Bertucci's is not usually the food, but the service and this location is no exception. The reason this restaurant continues to suffer is that the food is good but the servers are slow and drag the meal out. This location sits in Mansfield, MA Crossing and is tucked away in the back i a small location, but one of the only sit down places in this shopping center. The menu here is always good and rivals Olive Garden for better tasting food and brick oven pizza which Olive Garden does not have. The food is always decent, rolls are hot and soft and the selections are vast. The issue I have is the service and it dragged a simple lunch into a 2 hour ordeal and the place was not even that crowded. Granted it was Mothers Day, however with the place half full, there was no excuse for slow, inattentive service. I mean I will probably come back to this location because it is close by to my house, but won't recommend it if someone wants a quick meal. However, I will say, the food has remained consistent and I still love the selections. Hopefully it is enough for this chain to survive.Matthew, we see you've posted your review across more than one online channel. My husband and I typically have pizza delivered. We moved to the area 2 years ago and this is the best pizza for delivery for us. It is not too thick or too thin and the ingredients are always fresh. Got the wrong pizza recently and called to make it right and we had a new pizza within 10 minutes.

This place is just, âokay.â Having lived in Mansfield for a few years now, all the locals simply LOVE LOVE this place, but it fails to live up to such lofty expectations. Iâve heard people suggest that he food is homemade...I can almost guarantee that our food was precooked and reheated upon arrival. The place is always packed and seating is limited outside, which the locals also love. In conjunction with the average food, the prices are pretty step, so that makes for a difficult combination for this patron, ciao cibo.
