Now renamed as Charlies Restaurant we booked to check it out for our local dinner group.Started very well with friendly service to our table and went downhill from there.Once seated the waitress took the order along with drinks. Waited 30 minutes before asking where the drinks were only to be told they had forgotten it. Profuse apologies from the staff and we started again.Ordered chicken and avocado dish only to be served a chicken fillet and not a piece of avocado on the plate. Apologies again as they placed the wrong menu item with the chef.Not an enjoyable experience and definitely won't be recommending it to our dinner group for our evening dinner outing.Hi Shane, Very disappointed to hear you did not enjoy the experience at our Restaurant, as mistakes like these are a rarity and i hate disappointing our customers, i do remember your table and issues that you had and all were addressed with staff so it would not happen again, i do hope you come down for another try off our fantastic Restaurant, as these things are a rarity, any other questions or anything you'd like to talk about please call us on 54281112 and i really do hope too see you again soon Regards

At least it is open on public holidays. The staff are courteous and helpful. It is a typical country milk bar with take away coffee, burgers, fish and chips, toasted sandwiches, etc. There is a pizza shop attached that is separately run, but payment is made here. I had a toasted sandwich from the bain marie and a coffee. My sandwich was not so hot and the coffee had a strange after-taste

On a chilly Friday night all we wanted was a nice pizza to enjoy while watching the footy. What we got was mostly uncooked, soggy and barely edible. Looks like a combination of too much topping & not base too thick & not long enough to cook!! If we weren't so hungry we would have taken it back but we ate the outer part & then tossed the rest out. Never again Sopranos!!

Was ok and a good variety of pizzas. Bland but good portions.Has a good past mix which was also okPerhaps a bit pricey for standard pizzas and standard toppingsA good on-line ordering system and prompt collection was availableYes, will order here again and probably #2 in Gisborne

Had lunch here with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Had the flake and chips and it was lovely. Service was fast and the staff very friendly. OK range of wine but I think the beer list is bigger. Only negatives, no atmosphere, and the tables are placed far too close together. Having said that, this is a place I will return to.

The best place to eat in macedon! Great pizzas with fresh ingredients. The pizza bases are very tasty! Unfortunately they are pricey so we donât eat there often. Cosy atmosphere inside the restaurant
