We went there on a rainy day but the atmosphere was charming and warm. Really great food: the seafood appetiser looked really tasty (although we didn't try it). Seafood and pizza were very good (a special mention to the lemon pizza!).Go there if you're hungry, if you are a dating a gourmet, if you have kids...We gave it a try and it was really worth it!

During a torrential rainstorm, we wandered up the narrow alley from the Hotel Cannero to visit this local establishment. It was packed inside which is usually a good sign. Anyway, it was a very good dining experience that could have been a great dining experience - if the service matched the food and prices.The room itself was warm and cozy. The food was delicious and the prices were the most reasonable yet on our European adventure. The only "issue" we had was the service. All the wait staff seemed bored or put out for having to seat us at our table or service us at all. They didn't even offer any water when we first sat down. Overall, the meal was great, the location was great and the value was great. They just need to work on putting some "McSmiles" on their staff.

Trattoria Manzoni offers only the best pizza's for a very cheap. For 4 tasty pizza's , wine and some softdrinks you'll only pay about 40-50 euro's. A steal basically! The staff is very friendly. If you're looking for a great meal without spending a lot, look no further, Manzoni is the place you're looking for!

New management, new menu...you will find the usual pizza, etc...there however, they also offer a fabulous new menu which delicious finds such as a pumpkin soufflé, baccala, paccheri with porcini & taleggio.It was a great surprise considering the town was literally empty.The place was packed, eclectic crowd, and the team was exceptional. Quite rare in Italy. You will need time as they do not rush in the kitchen so, be patient. It is more than worth it.One thing: the millefeuille is not a millefeuille and, the mousse au chocolat is a far cry from what it actually should be...so if you ate a lot I def recommend you try something lighter.You should try checking in when in the neighbourhood, they are doing a fantastic job :)

We have had dinner in this restaurant twice during the last three evenings. Both dinners have been very good. The food was excellent, we had both pasta and main courses. We enjoy it very much. Also the service was very good and friendly. The restaurant can absolutely be recommended.

High quality food and good service. A booking should be made especially in Summer as it is school holiday and lots of people come from Ticino to eat here. Friendly staff in a beautiful area right next to the lake, Prices are pretty cheap and for sure you won't be hungry anymore after your meal. Enjoy!

Cozy little restaurant right on the lake shore. Friendly staff, great pizza and great selection of wines too. Was there for a dinner out with friends and overall it was lovely. The string lights outside add a nice touch at nighttime. Will be back.

Buona cucina, personale simpatico, servizio piuttosto celere. Il locale avrebbe necessità di un maquillage, ma trattandosi di un rifugio, va bene lo stesso. Il prezzo è un po' più da città , ma la qualità del cibo lo fa perdonare. Globalmente: molto buono
