If you want to watch or participate, though, ask your hotel for a brief etiquette lesson first—you have to distribute the food in a specific manner.

In Lao, âSoum Noumâ means âto gatherâ. It is this idea of coming together, that you will find in our restaurants, mixing Lao & Mediterranean culinary cultures in our dishes.
We were in pizza withdrawal after 12 days in Laos. We ordered the Lao salad and two pizzas, one vegetarian and one four cheeses. They were perfectly cooked in a wood fired oven. The vegetarian pizza needed more Italian spices, but we did get get a bottle of chili oil. The four cheese pizza was fabulous. We wound up with pizza to take back to the hotel. One pizza would have been enough. Very nice setting with romantic songs by Tony Bennett.Dear our beloved guests,Thank you so much for writing such good review for us on tripadvisor. We are really happy that we reached your expectation. We hope you had a wonderful trip in town. See you in your next vacation if you choose to come back Luang Prabang. Flo

We walked past here and decided to stop for a break. We ordered 2 hot chocolates along with a banana muffin and bagel with cream cheese. Service was excellent along with the food and drinks. It also has an excellent view of the river and is reasonably priced. Other people ordered main meals and they looked great as well. I will be back.

As always I went here based on the reviews but they was way off when people say authentic. I am an Italian chef, have been for years and the ingredients werenât authentic- I donât even believe they are imported. That was not normal cheese o nth pizza it was white gue was awful. Didnât put on extra toppings like I asked. Gelato was no good either. Itâs very pricey and unjustified given how poor it tasted. The staff were amazing - only from stopping it getting 1 star.

After several weeks of Asian food, this restaurant could not have come at a better time! Pizzas were very very good. Pasta was also decent - and able to cater for GF dietary requirements. Only complaints would be it was a little oily. However despite this would not stop me from coming back! Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our margarita pizza and drinks for dinner. Perfecto. Glad we came. Relaxed setting. A satisfying delicious experience ... which humorously helped offset the challenging boat ride to cross (to/fro) the river to get here, especially at night. Must be easier when the bamboo walkway is available :-) ... or take a songteow. Total for the two of us was less than $8. The expat owner was very friendly and helpful. Table service was very good too. Our compliments and recommendation.Very kind of you to review us. Kind words indeed. Thank you.

This place, this wood stove was born 8 years ago in the backyard, initially with friends who decided to give it the name Secret Pizza and then with the word of mouth the first customers began to arrive, creating a real business. Secret Pizza is a place su
We wanted a change from local food so decided to try secret pizza and it was excellent.A very casual restaurant, full of locals with a good atmosphere.Pizzas are the star of the show - they are very thin, very crispy with quality toppings. They're how a pizza should be.We also had the cold meats appetiser - great and tiramisu- lovely. The red wine was decent too!Highly recommended, great value for money and very friendly service.

Was really looking forward to eating at this highly rated restaurant but after a while I could hear yelling in the kitchen. It turned out it was the owner yelling abusively at his staff. I asked to see the owner but was told he was 'busy' even though he could see me waiting at the cash area from the kitchen. Total coward. The food may be could but it is unacceptable that an expat running a restaurant in Luang Prabang treats his staff like this. The other customers may not have said anything but they were totally embarrassed by the situation. Please do not support this guy. It is not worth it.
