Ordered delivery of a thin crust pizza with wings and blue cheese dip. No garlic sauce and ranch dip. Called and said no sauce for thin crust. It's still a pizza! Looked it up and it's per franchise to decide. Mistake

District manager was present so employees were on their toes. Only thing they were more attentive to him than customers. Not your ordinary manager that leads by example and greeting customers. Instead he was all focused on what was on his mission, which included having employees tend to him first. Food was good as it always is for fast food.

I called to simply find out if they deliver to our new home in the area. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even spell my name out and our road name (which was still wrong when I heard him telling it to some other guy in the background). Then a new guy randomly picks up the phone with no warning or introduction and asks about nearby streets, then tells me to call a number. I asked what the number was for, and he rudely told me it was for a different pizza hut. I don't think I want to take my business to a place that can't even take simple phone calls properly.

The only reasons for giving three stars, rather than fewer, is the taste of the pizza and the lone front-end employee.Stopped in on a recent February evening to order a (limited time available) pretzel crust pizza, just the way it comes. 30 minutes later... after 12 other customers and countless drive-through customers have been provided with their orders, I politely ask how much longer it will be. The front-end employee looks mortified, and asks the manager (?). Manager (?) just shrugs and says, "Well, I guess we gave his away." No apology to me -- or to the front-end employee, who, during this time has single-handedly been dealing with the inside and the drive-through, and who offers me a free pop as consolation, which I accept. The manager (?) sighs and begins making my pizza. More waiting... then finally, now after a total of nearly 45 minutes, it is done.The pretzel-crust is different and delicious, and tries hard to make up for the routine of regular LC pizzas. It refrigerates and freezes well, and heats up nicely in an oven or toaster oven; microwaves (on low) adequately. I often pair a slice with a salad to stretch out the numbers of days that the calories, carbs, and sodium are consumed (oh dear). Nutrition info is online, but you have been forewarned. As of this writing, there is no Pizza Portal available at this location.Parking can be a little tight when cars are backed up, as they were on this night.My suggestion for this locale is a management attitude and oversight overhaul, and more help for the gal at the front.

We cam with a group of friends and tried several different pizzas. Each was delicious, served hot with fresh ingredients. I even like the pizza with pineapple which I don't usually eat.The service was excellent. Good beer selection. We will visit again

I have been using this place for about fifteen years and I always order the meat lovers hand toss and I can say without a doubt that the toppings is getting lighter and lighter. If I had paid the full price I would be highly disappointed but since I got it for twelve dollars I wonât complain but this is to warn everyone that if you are going to buy one make sure you get a discount for paying eighteen dollars is way too much

Met up with friends after attending a Christmas Service at the church across the street. The restaurant is very spacious with ample seating at tables and at the bar. Great pizza options from plain ole cheese for the kids to a great Mighty Meaty. There are also several gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.We had a great server and never felt rushed as we wanted to just hang out with our friends for a while.Thank you for the review and nice comments. I take my family here about once-a-month and it is always good. The pizzas are hot and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. And I always drink a few beers and am always pleasantly surprised by the price. Just always seems like a good value. We tried another Italian place in Foley last night and all four of us wished we had just went to Vitolli's!

We have been to Trattoria many times and they have always pleased us. They are the absolute best Pizza and Italian restaurant we have found. Won't go anywhere else. Wait staff has always been great. Will try the OWA location soon.
