Nido del Falco is a large ristorante pizzeria on the seafront road through Lido di Savio. On weekends or public holidays you need to book. The customers are not only tourists but also a large number of people who live in the neighbourhood. You get a friendly greeting as soon as you enter and the service is quick and friendly too. Everything is clean and neat and the rest rooms have been renovated in the last couple of years. The prices are quite reasonable and the owners make note that they don't charge "coperto" as many restaurants still do to rip off their customers. The food is good, fresh ingredients, well cooked and when this is offered at a good price what more do you want? There is a daily menu in addition to the normal selection of pizze, fish and meat dishes. We have tried, during various visits several daily offers and many of the standard items from the menu; we have never been disappointed. This is a normal Family Pizzeria, don't expect a Gourmet Restaurant. Can be recommended.

This was our favourite restaurant in Lido di Savio by far. The food was made with skill and served by attentive, hard working and charming staff. My husband loved the pizza and said it was the best he had ever eaten while I had the seafood pasta or the fresh fish of the day which was either sea bass, Pesce San Pietro (John Dory), sea bream or mussels on the evenings we were there. All of which were delicious. We really appreciated the time Catherine would take to explain the different dishes and would cook it to our taste. The prices were very surprisingly inexpensive for the quality of the food and we would highly recommend you visit Ristorante Maiorca if you can. You will not be disappointed!

Good service. Good food. I enjoyed especially the octobus salad. Nice interior with big screens showing the kitchen.

Moreno Sintucci has been successfully managing this restaurant for 40 years. Open for lunch and dinner from March to September, closed on Tuesdays. Seating 200 in the heated inside dining room and a further 200 outside. The restaurant is all ground floor
Horrific service! The waiter ignored us and the group felt as if there was a racist vibe from the waiter. We had a group of mix race and we all ended up leaving only to wait 1 hour with out being served at all!

Absolute fab and very very delicious, best of Italian dishes! Pastas, seafoods, grill and pizzas are all mouth-watering! I love their pizzas, especially that in Italy, however the pizza capital of the planet, a lot of them are just too dry and boring, but the pizzas here have the gooey-cheesines, lots of toppings, soft and crunch combined, meaty, tasty and never rubbery:) Iâve tried all their pastas and even the very basic spaghetti with ragu sauce is such a dream with great authentic sauce and flavor. My husbandâs favorite, Gnocchi di Ricotta verdi al Gorgonzola is their unique specialty I guess, considering that he has been ordering this super dish for the past 20 years and canât find the same recipe anywhere else! Itâs not all potato white gnocchi but gnocchi with rich cheeses inside, gorgonzola included and greens in the filling. Deserts are yummy as well and the staff and owner are always friendly, interiors are charming and quaint, neither too big or smallâ¦any occasion will do here plus itâs sweet that the location is down a little slope from the road where its neigbors are the wonderful, rustic fields everywhere. All stars for this excellent family-run restaurant.

Tried to go for pizza at lunchtime but we learned that pizza is only available for lunch on Sundays...Returned for dinner and were pleased with the choices, food, and service. Friendy, attentive staff and very nice ambiance: outdoors (tables also available inside), under covered patio around the perimeter of two small pools. Price

Location: 9 if you like the seaside. It on the beach and I liked a lot. Great location for families: games for childrens that allow parents to eat...Menu: 7. "Spaghetti alla Chitarra" with fish and curry were good. "Risotto alla Marinara" good even if a bit poor of fish. "Fritto misto" well done.Service: 8 good and fast. we were on sunday night.Price: 7. it's ok. Considering the location on the beach. Just a bit expensive if we consider the size of the courses.I recommend it.
