Great atmosphere, terrible terrible service start to finish. Finally after 2 hours of waiting with a two-year-old, we had to get our pizza to go. Opened the box at home and completely not the right pizza and it was âwetâ throughout so now trying to reheat and salvage what we got. These are just a few complaints....There are many more but I wonât go on and on. I heard at least two other tables around us complaining to the server and demanding the bill so they could leave. 20% off our bill to compensate but not sure Iâll be venturing back anytime soon

This establishment does not deserve your business. After messing up our order twice, the owner was rude and would not admit to mistakes. I certainly hope that the nice delivery boy is not mistreated by the owner like we were as customers. If customer service is important to you, donât support this business.Hi Jen,Sorry you didn't have the awesome experience with our shop that most people have, But we did try and look after you and your family. When you first called the order was repeated to you, and we were very surprised driver called us back stating that you wanted 2 pizzas, not one.Well, sometimes these things happen. So we rushed another pizza out to you as fast as we could, but it turned out that there was some sort of miscommunication with the driver as to what you wanted, and a wrong pizza was sent out....mind you...we thought we were sending out what you wanted, but apparently we were wrong. We made it really nice too. When your husband called back to complain, we did everything we could to make him happy, but he didn't want anything and became very abusive on the phone to my employee... for several minutes....How long do you let someone yell at you on the phone before enough is enough? We offered to replace it.....No.Credit.....No.We apologised ....not good enough. What can we do to make you happy?....Nothing!!At my shop, we go out of our way for our customers. It's a tough business in a tough town...and we don't always get it right..... but we do try and make it right every time....and not only that, we treat and pay our employees very well. For you to insinuate otherwise is just wrong.Mark HansenOwner/operator of Hansen's Classic Pizzafor 9 years and most likely 9 more.

Itâs a cold winter night and upon opening the door, a blast of warmth, smells of deliciousness and a warm welcome envelop us. I could feel my whole being going ahhhhhh. We were quickly seated in the mostly full restaurant. I ordered the fettuccine garlic, olive oil and sausage pasta. My husband had spaghetti carbonara. The pasta is homemade and cooked perfectly al dente and comes piping hot, seasoned just right. Prior to the pasta arriving, one gets a basket of homemade bread made into a garlic toast that is tempting to gobble up! The fettuccine is definitely vampire proof with many slices of garlic (yum). My husband loved his carbonara. We didnât have room for the dessert tray that passéd by. Next time. There will definitely be a next time.

We came here for the 9-11 breakfast hr, and loved our meals. We both got the classic eggs and bacon for $11, and everything seemed top quality! They even served homemade jam for their homemade bread. We saw a few eggs benny's served (also included in the happy hr menu), and they looked amazing. My only critique is....I wish they had refillable drip coffee. We were only able to order an americano, BUT, that americano was really good. Also, it would be easier for the staff to just have table pepper and ketchup instead of us always asking for something that is pretty standard on most breakfast's.

A beautiful Mediterranean oasis in the heart of uptown Rutland. Featuring authentic Greek cuisine, steaks, seafood, pizza and pasta all copiously prepared in the old world tradition. Beautiful rooftop patio available from the beginning of May to the end o
Been travelling to Rutland to visit family for 45 years and theyâd never taken us here till now. This will be a stop on each and every visit going forward. The Souvlaki looked great but I craved a good old fashioned charbroiled steak with baked lasagna....a combo thatâs hard to get these days....thereâs a reason thereâs a trip advisor excellence award sticker on the door folks.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes and had a 10 inch wheat and spelt crust (fabulous and tasty) pizza which we picked the toppings for ourselves - mozzarella, tomato sauce, pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes and truffle mushrooms with a basil topping - superb, best pizza weâve had in ages. Highly recommend but donât share you will want it all to yourself!

Back in 1996, we started the TASTE REVOLUTION for Craft beer in Kelowna. We hit the streets and sampled customers with kegs from the back of our delivery truck. Our first customer, THE WATER ST GRILL, was located at 1346 Water Street. It's only fitting th
Our last meeting of the week ended early so we had some time to kill and found ourselves in the old town district of Kelowna. After a nice walk through the yacht club we found the Tree Beer Institute. There were grand brew choices and their house wines were from Quails' Gate. I have never found better 'house' wines as Quails' is truly exceptional. It was the perfect place to sit on the open patio and enjoy the beautiful spring afternoon.

Nice thin dough. No oregano, not much garlic and I just got four small pieces of buffala on my 16$ pizza.Hi Longtravel09!I'd just like to mention to readers that the classic Margherita is not served with oregano or garlic (unless by special request). We use only the finest San Marzano tomatoes grown on the side of Mt. Vesuvius seasoned only with sea salt and fresh olive oil as per Neapolitan tradition.Regarding 4 pieces of bufala, we have always used 1/2 a ball (65g - about 8 pieces once broken up) and have never as a policy changed that since day 1 of being in business. I don't know what happened, I'm here every day and would have never let something like that slip by, but I offer my apology and wish you have mentioned it at the restaurant. I would have gladly made you a new pizza (only 90 seconds to bake as per Neapolitan tradition). My wife and I would never have let you leave unhappy had we known. Again, my sincerest apologies. - Tony
