My family has eaten at Billâs for years- and you canât go wrong with anything on the menu! The pizza here is hands down the best Iâve had... I travel to Chicago on a regular basis and would take Billâs over anything in Chicago! The food is reasonably priced and is a good place to take family either for brunch or to watch some sports on tv! The wait staff here is friendly and attentive, and the owner is good at following up personally on any issues or just stopping by the table to make sure everything is good. If you are in Independence I highly recommend stopping here!

This buffet is filled with chicken mashed potatoes and a fresh salad bar with spinach. The pizza bar has several fruit desert pizza as well. Do not pass on the soft serve ice cream. My son enjoyed a root beer float for the first time here.
We celebrated my Grandson's Birthday here the last 2 years. We received a discount on our food and our service was amazing. They have a separate party room so you can have privacy.
Stopped here by chance on the long trip home, and found the food to be hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and seemed to be having fun. The food, well it was as good as it gets for a gas station, but Caseys in general is pretty good actually. It beats the heck out of most popular chains like Burger King and McDonalds.
