A pizza really needs anchovies, that being said for bland pizza this is ok. Check your order though.
The family got take out tonight from Jimmy's Pizza & Ribs. We ordered a 16" Meat Lover/Veggie combo and a full slab of ribs. This is set up to be a take out restaurant by appearance. There are a few counter seats and 2-3 tables. No public restrooms. They do deliver on week-ends. The owner told me that delivery usually runs 1.5-2 hours though. So order ahead or just come pick it up. We were told 40 minutes for our order so ran errands and came back. The order was done and waiting for us.The pizza is a medium thickness crust. Good crispy crust with soft and chewy dough. Just enough flavor to add to the pizza without taking control. The sauce is thick and full of oregano and garlic. Very good. Each side of our pizza had ample toppings and was quite good. He cuts his pizza in squares, so we had the usually scramble for the corner pieces...The ribs were fall off the bone tender and meaty. Very good back ribs that must have been cooked for hours very slowly. All were moist and flavorful. He sauces the ribs with a Kansas City style sauce (Think KC Masterpiece) that is sweet and tangy. No heat. The owner was very friendly and helpful while obviously very busy during dinner rush on Saturday. This is definitely a restaurant worth trying if you have not yet. We will be back.
When the wife doesn't feel like cooking I head out to Little Caesars on Bittersweet Road. They have a five dollar pizza special which includes both cheese or pepperoni. Is it the best pizza around; no but it is good and a great deal for the money. Worth giving it a try if you never had Little Caesars before.
The family has ordered from Jimmy's on multiple occasions. We have tried most of their pizzas as well as the ribs. The pizzas are fantastic. The crust is crispy and a bit chewy at the same time, just the way pizza is supposed to be. They have a heavy hand with the toppings which is always appreciated. The staff is friendly and they are on time with their pick up estimates. They do not currently deliver though. The ribs are fall off the bone tender with a good smoke flavor. His sauce is a Kansas City style sauce (Think of KC Masterpiece) and suits the ribs very well. They have recently remodeled and expanded their footprint in the strip mall they are located. There is now in restaurant seating available which we have not ever opted for. This is the best pizza in Granger, IN. We have tried them all. This is it.

Their pizza is simply the best pizza I've eaten, anywhere! It's great tasting and reasonably priced. When my sons come home to visit they always insist we order a Bruno's.
Starlite is distinctive and known for its soft, thin crust and sweet pizza sauce. The sauce and pizza dough are secret family recipes and various types of cheeses are blended throughout the week to provide a delicious and fresh-tasting pizza. Throughout c
It's an odd hidden location, a bit grainy and dated with the old vinyl covered tables, but a unique and tasty pizza. There's no delivery, and seems most of their business is carryout, but there is plenty of seating along with pinball machines and old video games..Try their garlic salt on your pizza, along with a pitcher of beer.
Donât believe the outside! We came from out of town for a Notre Dame game and are so lucky we accidentally stumbled across The Pub. Fantastic food, cute little atmosphere, good music, and family owned and operated. When I say family owned operated I mean Mom/Dad and two sons, super cute dynamic. It kind of reminds me of two hippies from the sixties that opened a bar and their two sons just grew up with good music, better friends, and family being the number one priority. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a beer and a pizza, you wonât be sorry.

We had a great experience here, and I think we have found a go-to for Friday night pizza! The owner recognized that it was our first time and came out to introduce himself. He told us the story of Giannetto's, and how he brought his deep dish pie from Chicago back in the late 70s. Everything here is made from scratch, and we can attest to the delicious marinara sauce, Italian dressing, and fresh croutons. We ordered the thin crust pizza, but next time we will try Giannetto's stuffed crust, deep dish, Chicago style pizza. Highly recommend!

We heard great things about this restaurant, so gave it a go on a quiet evening. The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly and attentive. The menu looked appetizing, but turned out to be deceiving. The presentation of the dishes were also great, the flavor was flat. We ordered the treo as our appetizer, and it came out in three cute mini Dutch ovens. The contents were wonderful to behold, and then we tasted them. Disappointing flat flavor, only the meatball stood out well. And the sliced bread tasted ½ a day old. Then the entrees, the pomodoro sauce was reminiscent of a chunky marinara sauce the was as tasty as tomato water, and the âshroom pappardelle was in what seemed like a congealed melted butter. Both flat. Only the meat balls in the pomodoro had good, solid flavor. Nothing was bad, but little was notable.

Tonyâs is within walking distance to the Hampton Inn where we always stay. Because it was convenient we tried Tonyâs. Now we plan to eat there at least once. Delicious pizza! Great atmosphere. Good for families or friends out for a fun night. Worth a visit.
