Once again another great pizza from Brooklyn V's. This might sound odd, but it has just the right amount of grease on the pizza. They have never let me down. Got it for pickup, they told me 20, I picked it up in 15 and it was done.

We took 2 grade-school age grandsons out for the "real" pizza of our Italian heritage. I give 5 stars for their menu in general, that they had suppli (and called it such--regionally correct!), and the pizzas were incredible, Napolitano style, tomato-perfect renditions of the real thing. But they neglect to tell you it is a fast food restaurant. We had made reservations, were seated, and before I finished taking my arm out of my coat sleeve, the server popped over and asked, "Ready to order?"What the....Ok; perhaps she's new to this. But nope. Kids loved the pizza, but go theirs 10 min before our order arrived. So they finished while we had just begun. Our tardy meals were good but one pizza was tepid at best. And our dining was interrupted multiple times: "are you still working on that?", "can I clear this away", "want any dessert?", "want anything else?". In rapid succession. Check presenter. Slap. Done. Out. A cattle prod would've been more subtle.

Their pizza muffins are always incredible, but if you are looking for something more calorie-friendly, try the Chef Salad. The piles of cheese almost make it worth having to skip the pizza muffins. Oh ... and the ranch dressing is awesome too.

Four us came for dinner. Three of us ordered the individual 10 inch pizzas. There were many combinations to choose from and you can make your own combination. One person ordered the mushrooms and fettuccine. Two of us ordered Caesar salads. We also ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir. (not great) The salads were fresh, The pizzas were ENORMOUS! They extended way past the ten inch plate. The crust was thin, crisp and thoroughly baked, even in the middle. The pasta dish was fantastic. We had good service. The menu was very extensive and offered a wide variety of choices. The live entertainment consisted of a guitar player and singer. We were able to talk with the music in the background. We needed take-home boxes for the pizza. I ate pizza as a snack for two days.

I have eaten here twice and while I like pizza, I like their salads' selection and servings sizes that encourage sharing. Their menu is creative, especially the selection of sandwiches and the service is unfailingly brisk and friendly. When I visit Gilbert, this is one of just a few "must go to" places to visit .

We stopped here for a late lunch. I had the Chile verde birdie turkey sandwich on gluten free bread. $14.00 my bread had been grilled but arrived at the table cold. My husband had a steak phili sandwich was ânot all the greatâ. $12.50For what we got we felt the price was high and food service slow. On the way out a visit to the restroom supported the thought we wonât be back-was not clean.

The Casanova brothers pizzeria office a wide selection of Italian specialties. Of course, my favorite is the pizza. They are in their new location, which is much bigger, brighter, and provides a very comfortable atmosphere. The bar area was plenty spacious and provided a good variety of refreshments for you to enjoy. Donât miss the garlic knots!
